The installation team was on time and very knowledgeable. They removed the old double oven and installed the new one with care not to scratch or damage the freshly finished cabinets. They double checked to ensure everything was working correctly and demonstrated the oven’s features. Finally, they cleaned their work area and hauled away the old double oven.

I was very pleased with the two young men that installed my double oven. They were polite and very professional. The also responded quickly to my complaints about the oven doors being on wrong. This was an error on my part as I over reacted. The doors were fine but they did need adjusting. The factory originally placed the doors. Overall, I was very satisfied with the installation service. The installation window(s) could be shorter,

The installers arrived on time, removed the old wall unit. A few adjustments had to be made to install the new unit.. Those adjustments were completed in a very short amount of time. The new unit slid into place like a hand into a form fitted glove PERFECT. These two installers knew what they were doing. Best installation ever. Best part is they were here well after five as scheduled

Would give zero if possible. Never dealing with Best Buy again. Had a fantastic install in June of a washer/dryer, figured they would be trustworthy. Bad me. Ordered a GE double oven 12/5, $3500 purchase, confirmed install "noon to 8pm" 12/7. Came and went with no install. Have called 10+ times since then. Everytime I call they claim it's stuck in an "in-transit" status and they can't do anything. But no one will clear the status. Worst appliance install company there is. Never doing business with Best Buy again. I get issues, but you have to have procedures to get people to do there job, apparently the Orlando warehouse that needs to clear the status just takes the month off. Horrible experience, never again.

Installation crew was amazing. Arrived late but did not rush the job - treated me as if I were their only customer and took all the time needed to do great job. Came prepared and so were able to do some unexpected modifications to make the appliances work in the space I desired. Worked efficiently and professionally, cleaned up, removed trash and left my kitchen exceptionally tidy. All around great experience.

Our installation team from Premier Logistics were on time and super professional. Jesus, Yoni and Yalmar installed our new wall oven. They made the wider cut out, hauled off the old oven, and put in the new one which looks great. No mess. No fuss. They even made sure we knew how to use the controls before they left. Can't praise them enough for the great job.

When the installer came out, he measured the combo unit and measured the cabinet opening and declared that it wouldn't fit. He said, "call us back" when you widen the opening. Handyman measured and believed that the unit would fit. Going through Best Buy to get the installer back would have not gotten us a working oven in time for Thanksgiving. Instead, I called the installer direct and paid for installation, this time to the installer instead of Best Buy. Different crew this time and the unit fit without any modification to the cabinet.

The vendor sent by Best Buy was knowledgeable and skilled. Within a half hour, my old stove was removed and the new one installed. No complications, no stories. Quick and efficient. This was despite a previous purchase with installation from Lowes of the same unit, at which time I was told the stove would not fit. The techs took hours to determine that. I returned that unit. I got the same unit for less at Best Buy and it fit like a glove without aggravation.

The installation process of my double wall ovens was excellent. The tech even corrected a connection issue from a prior installation years ago by another company. He was professional, reviewed the operation of the ovens, was courteous and I am planning on purchasing a dishwasher from Best Buy and I hope the same tech is the one to install it.

Our original install had to be rescheduled due to the fact that one of the installers was out that day, the individual that did modifications. Since we were up sizing our oven, the cabinet needed to be opened up to accommodate. The seconds visit, Ramon arrived ready to make the needed mods and just like that, we had our new double oven installed and ready to bake. Fast, courteous and efficient. Just what I was hoping for!

The ovens are beautiful. They are easy to use. They heat up quickly. The blue interior is awesome. The shelves pull out easily and have built in handles which I love. The only negative that I have found is that when the timer goes off it is very quiet. I am going to call Kitchen Aid to see if that can be adjusted.

The installation techs were very professional and did the installation quickly. The only issue was that the first oven arrived with dents and had to be reordered. The techs immediately pointed out the problem and took care of everything.

Best Buy was exceptional. The new wall oven was slightly taller than the old one so we needed to cut our cabinet for it to fit. Best Buy delivered the item early so we could ensure that we had the proper dimensions for the cut. They then came back for the install. The technicians were prompt and professional.

We had scheduled the double oven installation with BB sub contractor. The guys were polite and efficient. Overall they did a very good job with the installation. My only minor complaint is we scheduled the morning, but the installers did not show until late afternoon. Although they did call ahead of time.

It was extremely difficult and took several attempts to get the service team to bring the ovens and complete the installation. We even had to return to the Tupelo store to discover that the appliance was on the floor. The manager reissued the purchase and installation order. This was about two months after original purchase. Two installation attempts were delayed by severe weather and the actual installation was not very timely. However, once here the team was most accommodating, knowledgeable and professional in their service.

I love my new oven microwave combo. Love the looks love the features and love cooking in style. What a pleasure to cook and bake when you have this beautiful appliance , I am overjoyed with it and all of its great features. I would buy it all over again and tell anyone that enjoys cooking to get one of these. One feature that I am overjoyed with is the lighting , I can actually see what I am cooking or baking and its great. Brightly lighted and I love it. How could anyone not love it ?

The new wall ovens are superior to my old 25 year old Whirlpool ovens. Each has two lights and I can actually see the food baking through the glass. I think the fan circulates the heat more efficiently. Wish the oven came with wider trim pieces because though it was the same size ovens that I replaced the unit itself was more narrow.

I was happy with the installation and the time it took to do the work. My opening for the oven was 1/2" too small, but it didn't take but less than 5 minutes to enlarge. My only concern was the $50 charge for that 1/2" and the 5 minutes. With the overall cost of the oven and the cost of installation, I felt that charge for such a minor tweak was a bit much. Otherwise I was happy with everything else.

The Best Buy installation team was fantastic. They arrived on time, were professional, but most of all were able to make the fitting adjustments to my existing cabinet (after removing my old oven) upon encountering some unforeseen cabinet issues. They were equipped with all the necessary tools to modify the cabinet enough to fit the new Samsung unit in. I was very impressed and could not be more satisfied. Absolutely the best installers of any product ever.

When the two installers arrived I could tell this wasn't their first rodeo. They had blankets to protect the floor and move the unit in place and a wooden crate with tools and the padding in it. Why a crate ? Simple, put the unit on the crate that just happened to be the right height, slid it over. Now you can make the electrical connection without having to hold the unit up. Slid it in place, secure it and clean up. Then they show you how to operate both units. Great Service by to Quality people.
