Best Buy never did install my appliance. They had too much trouble trying to schedule everything. Very unhappy with their service. Each time I tried to call to get help, I ended up on hold for a long time and then just transferred to someone else, then went on hold again. In the end, they never answered my question or solved the problem. Ended up cancelling all installs and asmy money back. Very unhappy with best buy.

This was the third of three installations these guys did and as usual they were great. The oven looks fantastic. they are very polite and knowledgeable. Our only issue was that the first oven was damaged during loading and we had to get a replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend

Team was punctual, but for some reason felt they could not install product. Did not completely pull out ovens to see junction box — it was right there.
I ended up calling an electrician to do the install after the guys left. Best Buy’s install turned into nothing more than a delivery. :(

They ended up not installing my oven and after 3 weeks and several phone calls I have yet to get my refund. I’m not sure what’s going on but this whole process has been disappointing starting with the delivery and lack of communication by the the delivery service/ installer they use.

The two technicians were in extreme hurry to get the job done, rough handling of appliance, no respect for the customer’s living space ( stepping all over the carpet with dirty shoes on), lazy ‘don’t care’ attitude, screw heads not flush because they weren’t screwed in straight !, bad attitude ( improved a bit when I asked his name) . Terrible service

I was told that the installation included fitting. Had to pay extra to have another guy outside of Best Buy to modify the cutout so the wall oven fit. Make sure Best Buy comes to measure your cutout before you buy anything! In the future will be purchasing from another company!

Was not completed. I had put in the comments that some carpentry would need to be done to make room for the oven. That was ignored completely and the installers thought it was a simple swap. I had to pay someone different to install my oven, and I was not refunded by bestbuy

I haven't had this oven for very long but it's very easy to use. It does take a little bit of time to get to the preset temperature. But I find that it cooks well and evenly.. It also has a very clean looking design.

Not once, but twice, I have had these ovens installed. Installers left the first time knowing that the ovens didn’t work (not at all). Second installation of new ovens and the bottom one doesn’t work. All around Christmas time which made baking impossible. So frustrated! Not sure what happens next!

I was mislead by the sales associate. I’m not sure if it was intentional or if he was just clueless. I ended up installing the wall oven myself and saving hundreds of dollars. Wasted weeks of time going back and forth with installers. Safe time and money and do it yourself.

Wanted close to 300 dollars to shave side of cabinet and to put an electrical box for the hookup. Ridiculous...Installers should do there job without over chargng for extra stuff.

My service is marked as completed. However, no one came out after waiting all day yesterday for it. Now they tell me it will be 9/23. I think the odds of that happening are very slim.

Your installation scheduling system is very customer insensitive. Installation was scheduled 3 different times and has yet to be installed. Scheduled again for next week but I am doubtful that will happen.

3 Tries and one was an assist from Kenmore and they couldn't get the old oven out. Competitor did it in 20 minutes. Best Buy uses a 3rd party installer, who doesn't know what they are doing.

I would love to rate this oven, however, I have been waiting for months to get it. Everytime installation is scheduled, it gets postponed. Next scheduled delivery will have been 8 months of waiting.
