    Not installed due to cabinet opening cut out size. NOTE: cabinet opening was sizes EXACTLY to the size Samsung instructions indicated, but product width was 1/8”-3/16” wider than advertised.

    Horrible. My oven hasn’t worked since they installed it and I can’t the problem addressed by Beat Buy. The installers scratched my hardwood floors and gave me an oven that doesn’t work properly

    Power not connected correctly

    The installers did not connect the power correctly. They used electrical tape instead of wire nuts & protective metal piece. I had to have an electrician correct it.

    The installers cut the bottom part of my cabinet and left the wood exposed telling me to go to best buy and they would give me the strip that goes there and they would come back and install it. They haven't come back and best buy said they don't do that and I was misinformed

    From having the site survey people being scheduled for the wrong address, to them giving me erroneous installation instructions, to receiving damaged merchandise, this process was a total nightmare. Best Buy needs to do something about this process.

    arrived on time, worked quickly and carefully bringing in the oven as well as removal of the old oven as we have difficult access to the kitchen. Very professional team

    Installers said they couldn’t do the work. The oven is still in the box, in my garage. The workers showed up with a bad attitude and no apparent desire to complete the tasks.

    The guys installed a double oven where a single oven was. It fits perfectly in my cabinet and looks beautiful. Cant believe it took me so long to get a double oven.

    The installation was a nightmare. The store did not coordinate it right. The installer missed 3 appointments and it took weeks to finish. Given that it did require some customization but the experience was extremely poor.

    I was charged extra for some work that "had to be done" to install the oven I purchased. They stuck a piece of wood, that doesn't fit, under my oven and charged me $150 for it! WHAT A JOKE. It looks like I live in a make shift cabin, but I spend thousands of dollars on my oven.

    Horrible.. cancelled my install the night before then couldn’t tell me if another one was available or if it would ever come in. Awful... no one told me the same information. No one knew what was going on.

    Never Installed and still fighting for a refund on installation and getting the run around from Best Buy. Got a professional to install and product works great but Best Buy installation is non existent.

    From the time of the Instillation it did not work, so I can't review it! I Had to wait several weeks to get a new one ( 1/21) It's very frustrating that over the Holidays I did have use of an oven!

    If I could give the Installers 0 stars I would! The installers did a sad job, now I have to uninstall it and install again. SAD SAD SAD :( They left a stick lodged underneath my Oven so it is crooked.

    Delivery and Install Are 2 Different Teams

    You would think that buying an oven from Best Buy, they would coordinate pre measurements, delivery and install... and be in the right sequence. The pre measure guys arrived not knowing what we bought and had to use our computer to look up oven dimensions. The install guys were scheduled before the oven was delivered. My wife had to play the logistics lead to get all the people organized and timed so that there was an oven to install. When the installers came, they did not believe it would fit without modifications to the cabinet... my wife convinced them to try and it fit just perfect. I would recommend the service to install, only because its a job I don't want to do and getting someone else would likely cost more

    The third party installation company scheduling is poor. My appointment was cancelled the last minute after I took a day off from works. Then after they rescheduled they changed appointment time on the day of so I had to take more time off from work.

    The installer was very well versed in wall oven installations and caught a possible issue before he started and we worked together to solve it.
