    The supposedly high-end Viking oven provided from Best Buy was delivered with a faulty touch interface board. Best Buy did not replace the oven and we had no oven for 3 weeks waiting for a replacement part to arrive. Very poor customer service by Best Buy and poor quality control by Viking. Once the part was replaced the oven is working fine.

    Best Buy has canceled on us once and we're waiting for the installers as I write. What is going on? The pre-install measure was also a flop as the measure guy didn't have any papereork and didn't know what he was measuring. We are considering asking Best Buy for a full refund.

    Although the Best Buy indicated that their installer were capable of installing this wall oven, the installers said they were not. Best Buy has demonstrated an unusually high level of incompetence They have wasted an excessive amount of my time.

    Replacing Damaged double oven Viking!

    Flynn is the amazingly professional and knowledgeable person made this complicated sales transaction happen. Flynn is the main reason I did not cancel the damaged double Viking oven along with the rest of the Viking appliance. He is the main reason we will continue to be a loyal costumer and recommend Best Buy to our friends and family. Flynn’s help with this was nothing but exceptional work. Because of his enthusiasm, patience and professionalism and most of all his knowledge of Best Buy system and product was able to process the return of the damaged double Viking oven and purchase the replaced double Viking oven for us. He did this while two of the other sales people blow us One said will have to call me back and one other simply hanged up on my after I explained our issue. So when I called the third time and luckily Flynn answered and spent considerable amount of time ans resolved my issue I was really great full beyond imagination. Flynn is a great asset to Your organization. Elahe singh

    We recently purchased several appliances including a Viking double oven and dishwasher. Our Best Buy sales representative Juany B. went above and beyond for us. Our installers, Mario and Junior were also exceptional in every way. They were polite and respectful of our home as well as being extremely professional and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and we would love to use them for every installation. We will ask for them in the future! The best!

    Unprofessional & rough, let job incomplete

    Spent $2,000 on new double oven with installation ($199) from Best Buy. Installers arrived as scheduled, but used not tool or cart, just pulled old oven forward leaving splinters on floor from cabinet trim. Installers saw power connection at bottom, said, "I'm not an electrician, I can't touch those wires, I could short your house out." Today had an electrician move box to top, new HARD WIRED cord on NEW oven would have reached!!! Waiting on hold 30 min for Best Buy Geek Squad (they use local contractors, not official Best Buy guys) to reschedule oven install - going to ask for a different crew...

    I recommend not using this service. After a half dozen email and text confirmations, my appointment was canceled with no communication so I was left waiting for installers that were never coming. Do not use this service.
