    He was unable to install it and kept telling me he couldn’t wait to get it to fit. I installed it myself with help from others since it is somewhat heavy. He did not make sure the right size breaker was there. I looked it up and put the right breaker in. He also did not leave the bottom trim to put on once installed. I will never pay for install again with Best Buy

    Installers fought with me about installing. They lied and said the power cord wouldn’t reach. They wanted to move the electrical box, again falsely claiming they electric cable wouldn’t reach. They threaten me with “if the cable doesn’t reach we won’t uninstall it, and you will have no oven for weeks.” Finally they refused to move old oven to new room as paid for.

    The installers did a very poor job installing this wall oven combo. The unit is crooked, has gaps & doesn’t appear to be put in the wall far enough. Currently trying to get them back out to redo the install…Best Buy contracts with a third party & once you pay it’s IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone in the store. Spoke to several people located in Central America…

    Our Best Buy installer was great. There were some initial problems with the installation of our new wall oven due to an error in cabinet size ordering by our kitchen designer. The installer worked with our contractor to remedy the error and returned a second time to finish the job. We are very happy with the quality of his work!

    My experience was terrible. First, Best Buy came out and measured incorrectly and I had to spend money to enlarge the opening for my double oven. Once I did that, then the install couldn't be scheduled. I would get 10+ emails a day confirming installation date and then in less than a minute, the install date would be cancelled. I cancelled and went with ABT; unit was delivered and installed in less than 2 days.

    The installer that they sent to do the work was on time, had great communication, did an excellent installation and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. I normally install purchased items myself but have been crunched for time and this experience made us really happy with the choice we made. I highly recommend service.

    I had 2 electricians on site. Without them there was NO way install crew would have got item hooked up.

    The Geek Squad did not do the installation

    The Geek Squad is great but the install was done by InstallTech. They loosened a ground wire in my breaker box during the install and I lost upstairs lighting. They sent a team back to "fix" the problem but they didn't know how and said they were not electricians. I paid an actual electrician to fix the problem. The icing on the cake was the bill InstallTech sent for their repair effort was more than the electricians bill to actually fix the problem. Use the Geek Squad but not their subcontractors.

    They damaged a piece of trim when it fell off the truck they lost the screws that went with the piece of trim I found them later in my driveway I had to have two installers because the first time they were missing the shims so they couldn’t install it the second time the installer was just gonna leave a part off because he was missing the screws they were in such a hurry to get Done. I was very unhappy!!!

    Yes, they showed up on time and the oven got installed but that's about the best I can say. We're talking about installing an expensive oven into expensive cabinets and they were going at it like they were changing tires. Cut out the back of the cabinet like the were demolishing it and cranked in the mounting screws until the flange of the oven bent. Not great.

    while the ovens were being delivered the delivery guys put 3 large gashes in my hardwood floor, broke a piece of trim off of my cherry cabinets and the ovens are installed crooked and are leaning forward slightly. I tried to have the delivery guys make the ovens straight and they disagreed with me and said they were not crooked and that it was my cabinet that was crooked. The cabinet was not crooked before. Be careful and watch the installation carefully!

    Since, the time the appliance was installed, the microwave light stays on, until the microwave's door is literally banged close. Two months ago the microwave started behaving even worse... it would run but not heat/cook or it'll stop mid way while baking... have been taking to manufacturer recommended local service provider but to no avail.. such a waste of time & money....

    It was installed in 2019, I have been trying to change my review of the product since, out of the 2 years we have had it, it has only worked about 14 months. It has been horribly difficult to repair and the most recent repair and it was needing to pulled out and found out it was installed incorrectly and and we need a contractor to fix it so we can get the appliance repaired.

    Worst experience I have ever had . Two attempts and still not installed correctly. This time they said they don’t have the feet for the oven. Waiting on a response from Best Buy GM on what they are going to do . I’ve been to the store 4 times in 7 days. Nobody seems to care about how much time this has cost me off work dealing with this simple installation.

    So the crew came out to install, but my opening is a hair smaller than the new ge oven. They would not install it or make the adjustments to the cabinet. I now have to hire someone else to cut the opening and and install it. Meanwhile I have the oven sitting in my garage. Installation should mean being installed since the oven is the correct size.

    The two installers came on time, and professionally and efficiently installed my Whirlpool Double Electric wall oven. They managed to use my existing power source and plug saving me the cost of other installation parts. And they hauled off my non-working oven. All in all, an excellent job.

    I would be more than happy to give a review, but the installers have not shown up for the last two appointments they have scheduled for me. Told to be available for a specific time and no show/no call. Very frustrating! Shall see if they come for this next scheduled appointment.

    The install was not done by Best Buy staff. It was outsorced. Only one guy showed up. There was no way he could lift the oven himself. He was also unable to hook up the electric. Had to have my own electrician come and do the hook up. Best Buy refunded the installation charge and arranged for another installer to get the oven into the wall. If they had done it themselves, I think it would have gone much better.

    Great oven and looks nice. Replaced old oven and this just fit right in. Haven't used the convection yet but so far so good. Nice sales staff.
