In Bioware's third entry into the world of Thedas they really took their time to make sure the game would be packed with content. Everything from the characters, story, and lore all weave together nicely into the gameplay in Inquisition.
In this title, you play as the Inquisitor with the ability to covert your choices from the previous two games via the Dragon Age Keep app. Dragon Age veterans will appreciate the chance to play in the worlds that they have built for the past 5 years.
There are familiar characters and new ones alike and the ones who are a part of your inner circle are developed very well into the story of the game. You also have the opportunity to romance of those particular characters if you fancy them.
This game has almost endless replay value due to the fact that you won't be able to see all of the game from one playthrough. There are many characters to romance. Many characters will react differently to you depending on your race and class. You also in charge of an Inquisition whose mission is to close the Breach, end the war between Templars and Mages, and most importantly, restore order to a land that is very much in chaos.
I myself have put in 80 hours of gameplay so far and I'm not even done with the main storyline itself. There is so much to do and I feel driven to do it courtesy of Bioware's attention to detail and great skill at making my care about the world of Thedas and its characters.
I know I'll be playing this game more than one time through in the coming years, eagerly awaiting DLC and the next installment into the Dragon Age series.

The PS4 brings this game to life. From the graphics to the story, Dragon Age is amazing. It makes you get close to the characters and their backgrounds. BioWare Keeps delivering, keep them coming, sincerely, a long time BioWare fan

It's been about a month since I got this game and it's still very addicting. I've gotten a ton of hours in and I'm still so near the beginning of the game. There are so many quests, side-missions, little things to do here and there and the world is quite vast. Character customization is very satisfying. Story is nice so far. If you've played the previous games and enjoyed them, this one would be great to pick up. I love how these games really connect the stories together from the big events to the tiniest little details. If you haven't played the Dragon Age series, it doesn't hurt if you start here. It's an easy enough game to pick up and if you find that you've began the game in the wrong difficulty you can go to your options and change it to an easier mode, or harder mode if you prefer.

If you like western style RPG this is the game for you. wonderful graphic and a much much longer game then the 1st two games. I am happy that games like skyrim came out, because it really made other companies step up their game.

There is a lot to say about this game, but to keep it short, it feels like if game of thrones was a video game, there is a ton of awesome lore, and characters. A seemingly never ending amount of side quests, and multiple ways to tackle battles. Good game.

Was going to get this on PC but opted for the PS4 based on a deal the store had. Even on the PS4, this game looks great. Wonderful RPG elements and a well told story. The combat management of the party is pretty intuitive and flows really well.

This is my first dragon age game and i love it. I am 10 playtime hours in and I have only seen the tip of the iceberg. Combat is fun but there are a lot of cut scenes. If you like a bit of story, then this is for you

Dragon Age: Inquisition - Bioware Strikes Again

Yet again, Bioware makes a great RPG. Although I have not completed Dragon Age: Inquisition yet, I have played enough (on both Normal and Nightmare difficulties) to give a proper review.
The gameplay mechanics are fun, fluid, and at some points require some tactics. Each class plays in a different way, which makes me want to go back and play as different classes. The graphics look good, but have some frame rate issues during some cut scenes.
I have barely dived into the full campaign, because I have been diving into all of the side quests and dense landscapes. There is so much to do, there is never a dull moment.
Overall, this is a blast to play and I can easily see myself playing this game multiple times. A must have in any RPG gamer's library

I haven't played the other games in this series so I can't speak to a comparison within this franchise. I can however say that as a casual to serious gamer I greatly enjoyed this title.
There is SO MUCH to do in this game. Admittedly, I had to look up what to do when I first started playing because there was almost no introduction to the game play. After about an hour I understood what was happening.
The best description I can give for this game is a blending between Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and something from the Elder Scrolls games. You select your path, how you respond in conversations, how you assemble your team, etc... just like KOTOR but you're fighting mages, dragons, and demons from the rift.

Inquisition takes all of the best parts from the first 2 games to make an epic, in-depth yet accessible RPG.
Combat is quicker whilst still offering a tactical view if you prefer, the story is diverse and interesting, and graphics and sound are outstanding. A few areas they could have improved is eliminating some of the minor bugs prior to release and having a more varied skill tree for the melee classes, but these really aren't a deal breaker.
This was 100 hours well spent.

I have had so much fun playing this game. It is a huge, truly open world with so much to do. I've been playing it for weeks and have finally exhausted my interest in it for now. Looks great on the PS4!

This is the best of the Dragon Age games to date. The graphics are amazing & the story is sold. Wish they would fix the inventory issue this franchise has always had, but that's my only knock on this game.

In the realm of great RPG's this title has a lot to offer. The area is extensive and covers a lot of ground with a lot of "baddies" to fight along the way. As you discover new areas and your powers grow you will not disappointed. If you are looking for a great game with hours of content. This is your game. I will say that the multiplayer content is not to my liking (unable to use your single player character) if you choose to play with friends you would have to start a multiplayer character that is separate from the single player character. Other than this snafu i think that this game was a great continuation.

Not a bad game. Definitely has a detailed story, and several ways to progress through. If you're familiar with recent generations of Dragon Age, then you should be ok with this game.
