It was way better than the second and followed more gameplay type as Origins. The open world fighting was done very well. Would recommend playing.

Ive been a fan of the series since Origins and i have to say that Bioware has made the best one so far. A must have for newcomers to the series and old fans looking to get back into it.

Overall, I think this is a pretty good game. It is definitely better than Dragon Age 2, but I think I still prefer the story line of Dragon Age: Origins. The open world feel and amount of quests throughout the game makes it worth playing.

So, I've never been a huge Dragon Age fan, but I really enjoyed most of the Elder Scrolls games and decided that it looked similar enough that it may be worth a shot. Good lord, was I right. Definitely a fun game, although I'm not remotely close to completing it.
The only issue I've had is texture flickering when using SLI. I have 2 EVGA GTX 670 FTWs in my rig, and, at least in Haven, I was getting some pretty substantial texture flickering.

I like using xbox 360 or PS4 controller to play PC games and this supports gamepad's natively. The game is fun and after updates it ran far more smoother on my Nvidia/Intel system at 1080p high to ultra settings. 4gb 670 and i5. Before the update however I Crashed to Desktop whenever I entered the War room. I highly recommend visiting the dragon age inquisition nexus website for a community patch to run along with this game.

Great graphics -- even on low settings. Very expansive -- controls are a little twitchy and a step down from Dragon Age: Origins. A definite buy: at $60 - no, wait until it goes on sale. Thankfully, I got this as a Christmas present -- no game is worth $60.

This game looks like it has an interesting story line with pretty decent graphics. However, I'm not sure i like the play style/combat system. Its a bit off balanced and it seems like they didn't put nearly as much time into it as they did the story.

Great RPG for PC!

DA: Inquisition is an excellent chapter to one of the best epic role playing games on the PC. And, in my book, there is no better way to enjoy the game than on the PC. 40 plus hours into the game and it feels I have yet to scratch the surface of this adventure thru the vast world of Thedas. The graphics are very detailed and goes a long way in realizing the different environments of Ferelden and Orlais. My only complaint is that armors and other objects are a bit too shiny and can be distracting at times. The game runs smoothly even on high settings (tried the highest settings but didn't really see any graphics gain vs performance). Gameplay for the most part is not repetitive and the missions flesh out the story well. Fights can be a bit messy at times and squad controls took some getting used to. Returning characters give a good sense of continuity from previous games (wish there were more!) and new allies (and enemies!) are very well thought of. All in all, DA: Inquisition is a fantastic game and a true-to-form return to the Dragon Age world. Bioware, can't wait for the next one!

Dragon Age: Inquisition has surprised me with how FANTASTIC it is. I have sunk about 70 hours into it. The story line was better than I expected and there is still alot more to do afterwards. There will be future DLC also. I plan on playing this game for quite some time in 2015.

I loved the original Dragon Age so decided to purchase Inquisition and was not disappointed. The game had better graphics, great story, great npcs, your own castle, crafting and tons of areas to explore. Highly recommended!

My gf and I take turns playing this, and we feel like we've hardly put a dent in it even though we're 40 hours of game time in! It's nice to just run around and explore and we're kind of 'saving up' the story missions. It has had some minor crashes, but we updated the graphics driver on our computer and seems to be running smoother now.
It's definitely made to play with a controller, even on pc. The tactical mode doesn't work great with a controller but the running around is much nicer. If you're looking for something like the original Origins tactically, I'd recommend Divinity: Original Sin or Pillars of Eternity.

This game is very good and has interesting characers, a great story, a lot of customization, gorgeous graphics with nice vistas. My main issue with the game is that the map is too big and it's not filled with much. If they would've added just a bit more too the game then it would've been excellent.

The best thing about this game is the sheer size of it. It is HUGE. I've only played part of it but so far it's been very enjoyable. Character creation and customization is pretty standard for an RPG. The graphics on the PC look fantastic, and play very smoothly. I've only experienced a few hiccups when a lot was going on on screen, and they've been few and far between. Game play is fun and very similar to the last Dragon Age games. If you liked the last DO games (particularly the first one) then you'll like this game.

The Best Single Player Experience Ever?

Got this game as I LOVE the Dragon Age series, and boy-oh-boy did this not disappoint. The best way to describe how this game feels is as if someone took an MMO and made it single player.
The story is as deep or shallow as you really want to make it with conversation choices, the combat flows pretty well once you get the hang of it, it's not hard to get quests done but it's also not very easy, and above all else, the game just looks good.

This game is a great example of Bioware storytelling and characters. I'd say improved across the board from DA2. My only complaint is that there is a fair amount of filler. Fetch quests and collecting resources get a little repetitive but it's a great game with that minor annoyance.
