I am not a proficient fighting game player, but I do love Dragon Ball, so I was interested in the concept, so I tried it out. The inputs are the same for all of the characters, but each character is unique in their execution and types of attacks. The teams are where the matches shine, being able to find the right weaknesses for each character.

The graphics, gameplay, community, DLC, music and sounds are unbelievable. They really put time & effort into making this game. All the music and character moves you remember from the anime and faithfully represented here. Non-stop matches and played worldwide. Surpassed SFV and Tekken. Only bad part about this game is that the DLC is sold separately online. There is no arcade edition which has the season passes included.

Got this on sale - kids love anime and fighting games so was good to get as a stocking stuffer

So happy with how this game was developed. Controls are easy, but game play can still challenge you.

.rom the terrible lobby system to the horrific story mode . thank god the fighting is really awesome.

As someone who loved the Budokai and Budokai Tenkaichi series of games, I can say that this is the best DBZ fighting game yet. It has 3v3 tag mechanics which keeps the matches fast-paced and insane. It’s very accessible for people who aren’t accustomed to traditional 2D fighters but it does have a lot of depth with tons of combo and assist potentials. It’s also absolutely gorgeous to look at and is very polished. A lot of love went into designing each character’s movesets and dialogue. The online lobbies need some work to make it easier to play with friends and faster to find matches within the same lobby but the connection has been great in every match I’ve been in.

This is an awesome game full of great characters, action pace gameplay, and is a joy to play.

This game looks out of this world amazing. The gameplay is addictive and entertaining to watch as you stream together combos that can light up an entire screen. The only reason I give it 4 strars is because online match making should be better. The single player campaign was surprisingly longer than normal fighting games, and it was actually quite good. The arcade is unique and is a lot of fun. To me, the best part of this game is how each character plays and feels. I've watched the entire show, and can honestly say each fighter has their own authentic feel and moves identical to the show. If you like fighting games this is the best one since injustice 2.

So many great characters to choose from and the 3V3 matches are always unpredictable.

I have been a long time fan of Dbz but I feel the anime never got it just due in the way of a fighting game. This is not only the best Dbz fighting game to date, it is one of the better fighting games period! The combos are easy and the gameplay and graphics are smooth and really push the Ps4 pro to its limits . There is an offline mode as well. Best buy gave out figurines as part as the pre order deal.

If u are a dragon ball z fan or love fighting games or both. This is a must. But I didn't get my free gift I was suppose to get... :(

DBZ 2 Fighter has great graphics. The controls are tight. And very Competitive.

This has to be one of the best dragon ball games to release in along time. The story mode has some length by setting up three story lines. Yes the game has a bunch of padding but it plays so smoothly and looks so great. It really will give you flashbacks of playing the old Snes/Mugen releases of the 90's.
