I did not recieve the pre order bonus and i try to get an answer whit text message associate but they did not help

Game has been amazing so far. Not really any complaints gameplay wise. Really only issue I can see with the game is lack of customization options and some story aspects are lacking. Giving a 3 star rating due to no preorder bonus code from BestBuy. I had to contact Bandai to receive one and by the time I got it, I had all of the early unlock characters already unlocked. So it was kind of pointless except for the free character.

Another review about the lack of a code inclusion with an ultimate preorder.. This is absolutely unheard of. HOW CAN YOU HAVE A PREORDER PRODUCT NOT INCLUDE THE PREORDER BONUS??? Upon reaching out to Best Buy's chat and customer service, after waiting an hour and half for intermittent responses here and there, I ended up opting to just reach out to Bandai Namco. Best Buy's lack of being able to address the issue properly has concreted my lack of faith in their customer service department. I will not be recommending Best Buy to anyone in the near future. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER, BEST BUY. P.S. If Best buy opts to delete this review as others have reported they have done so far, this review will be updated and go right back on the website. 10/18/24

Came in perfect condition. The game isn't as good as I thought but picking it up was easy

From playing db tenkaichi 2-3 on the playstaion 2 an wii from my childhood to this after so many years just incredible had some many memorable moments playing it really brings back the nostalgia respect..

Got game on 10/10 days after release pre order release and still came with no Bonus???

Picking this up was almost like riding a bike with Tenkaichi 3. Certainly a little bit of a learning curve with all the new defensive mechanics though.

Great game play but there's a lack of story plot. There's promising DLCs and it's a must purchase for any DBZ fan.

This is a great great game especially if you’re a fan of 3D arena fighters it has a few problems with some of the mechanics that need to be fixed but you’ll still enjoy it

My son loves this game.. He's spent hours wo far whether it is Multiplayer or Campaign. He said the graphics are amazing and it's challenging too.

This game was lots of fun especially the story mode and dlc

The game is fantastic. As a dbz/tenkaichi fan its beyond great. However I am missing the pre-order content. Support was less than helpful. Transferred me around, two of the agents told me to call the same phone number I had just called. One gave me another number to call but said to call the next day. I wouldn’t have pre-ordered from best buy if I knew this would be this big of an issue.

Best game ever, I was waiting for this game 18 years of my life. Thanks Best Buy for make this happen.

Grew up plaing the Budokai/Tenkaichi series as a kid and this feels just like that but better! This FEELS like im in the anime!
