Wasn’t that the whole point of preordering?? Multiple people online are saying this content is missing yet there’s been no clarification from bandai or retailers. $100 is way too much for missing content.

Anyone who pre ordered the most expensive version of the game from Best Buy didn’t recieve the bonus

Then I received the game and of course they deliver the wrong edition. I called and explained what happened and they told me to ship it back it arrives to their warehouse. One week and half and still no refund I called and now they’re telling me that there’s no record of me even shipping back my item. Adding insult to injury. Never again Best Buy.
