Great game for the anime lover. Great story and great graphics.

This is the same old DBZ story that you've watched and played a million times, while the gameplay is different it is the same old Sayain-Buu saga but in an open world environment. It's a fun game but it's a bit lackluster considering that it hardly does anything new. I recommend the basic edition and the DLC with Battle Of Gods/Resurection F

Looks great on the Xbox one c. Story line is all Z based. Starts off pretty slow. But picks up hours into it

The Best Dragon Ball Game, As Someone who has grew Up watching Dragon Ball Z and have played almost all the games, I’d say this is actually the best, The Graphics are so beautiful and amazing, The Controls and story mode is great and accurate

Really fun game so far. The graphics are cool + it's not like the show where you're just waiting around for fights. You can explore the world, but it is not completely open. The saiyan sense helps to identify important items for leveling up your characters. Highly recommend for any DBZ fan!

This game is fantastic if you're a DBZ fan, although it's not typical of many JRPG or DBZ games in general. But it does pay them enough respect that it warrants playing through. It's sort of a semi-open world RPG-esque take on prior DBZ arena games. Absolutely worth the $15 I paid for it on sale, but not a $60 title in my opinion. Somewhere in between is a nice deal.

Game looks great but mine was damaged when I got it

I like it. Love the cinematic scenes. I Love the first Budokai and always wanted that game to go through the entire DBZ story(World tournament/ Buu arcs). Awesome to play as other characters throughout the story like The Legacy of Goku II & III. Progression is cool too.

This is a must buy for any Dragon Ball fan. I have only logged an hour or so in the game but it’s how I have always envisioned a DB to be. I look forward to playing through the Z series the way it has always meant to be played.

This was a pretty good dbz game. It was cool to play parts of the events that happened in the show. The graphics look great on the Series X. However, i still felt like this game was lacking compared to the older titles like DBZ BT3. Overall i enjoyed it, would suggest picking up on sale.

Love Goku. Dragonball is great anime and kakarot is a great story fighting game and has many game packs to lock all you favorite characters beside the ones it comes with. Play with hours with my sons.

I bought this game for my older brother, and he honestly loves it, everytime I see him, I always ask him how far along he's gotten and how the game is so far and all I've heard is great things about it.

Very fun game and great black friday price! Gameplay is smooth and going through Goku's story is great. Graphics look nice on the series x and the load times are quite short!

Good game for new fans and nostalgic for old fans. Pretty much like the anime in terms of storytelling, though a lot of filler is not shown. Basically a DBZ Kai videogame.

Fun game but mostly for the nostogla. The story is a perfect recap of the old DBZ series. Not really hard but definitely long if you plan to do everything in the game.

I read a bunch of reviews on this game that were giving it average to poor ratings. I’ve already put about 30 hours in and find it to be a blast. It’s not 100% open world until you get to intermission parts of the story. I spend hours just flying around collecting items and doing random encounters. I was also pleased that some of the background music is actually from the show, which most games don’t do. I’d say I’m only about half way through the game, but I haven’t been disappointed. It’s not to easy or to hard, it’s just fun.

when ur child hood is telling u to get this game u should listen not only dose it take u through the series from radits to buu but the DLC continues after that with super eps as well another dbz game to add to the collection lol

I adore this game, and the replay value is amazing. It takes an hour or so to get used to the fighting style, but once you do, it’s amazing. I wish more games were like this.

This is a pretty good but not great game overall in my opinion. I would promote it to great if you weren’t forced repeatedly to fight robots and lower level villains along the journey(which gets a old fast) to the main action but I have otherwise enjoyed this game!!

The storyline is really good. It’s worth the purchase as a true DBZ fan. The fighting could do a tad better but all in all a really good Dragonball game.
