This is a bit different from either Minecraft or Animal Crossing but borrows elements from both and throws in some decent combat mechanics and a fun story.

Must have game for your collection if your a collector great value replay

Much like the first game, it's a fun game similar to Minecraft, but with a strong story. And a ton of references to previous Dragon Quest games.

My wife loved the first game and she likes this one even more. It’s an improvement over the first game and adds some great RPG elements. Don’t hesitate.

A great alternative to MineCraft. Has the charm of DQ games and soooo much to do on it. Has multiplayer too and a sort of campaign.

The game is like a love letter to both American and Japanese fans of the two Titans of their respective cultures; Minecraft and Dragon Quest. The game is a great game for parent and child or good friends just wanting to relax and have a good time. I would recommend this game for anyone interested in the series. The dialogue is phenomenal and there have been multiple times where I laughed out loud. I recommend this game for all ages and crowd.

Sounds weird on paper, but Minecraft + Dragon Quest is surprisingly fun. Good blend of the two games

Somehow DQB2 goes above and beyond the original. This is a game you can easily get lost in whether you are a Dragon Quest fan or crafting fan!

I got this game on a whim. It ended up being really fun. I am only slightly familiar with the Dragon Quest universe. It’s has some pretty addicting qualities. Also it has some light tower defense elements as you are constantly having to repair your buildings after being attacked by the creatures who inhabit the world. The tutorial part is a little lengthy but not too bad. I never played the first one but this was definitely a great pick up.

This game is good for everyone. The characters are so charming in Dragon Quest style. Gameplay is like Mine Craft style

Fun mix of JRPG and Minecraft-style elements, with loads of old-school Dragon Quest references. Classic music, and great graphics. Love that the NPC/villagers actually interact with the buildings and items that you make.

The game is very fun and a marked improvement over the original. The Dragon Quest franchise is very fun and family friendly and will look into other titles in the future, based on my experience with this one.

It is a very fun game and it runs smoothly. Its a combination of mine craft and exploration games.

Fun and engaging story line. It allows players to share pictures and ideas to create buildings. Easier than the first DQB game with the help of a fighting companion. There is a little glitch while walking or running in an area in the beginning.

A combination of Minecraft and Dragon Quest. Improved from the first one but you should play it too if you missed it.

I really enjoy the game. I was surprised by the first one so I was excited when I saw a second one coming out.

A must have if you ate a fan of the Dragon Quest games. Great gameplay and creative build is a plus.
