Preordered and received no steelbook. Last best buy game purchase for me.

How do you advertise a steelbook for preorder, then it’s unavailable and im being told it was never an option. This is straight fraud and you need to remove the steelbook images

The game has been out for 14 hours and they havent even shipped my product despite the fact that I preordered. This is the last time Im purchasing anything through Best Buy. Amazon would have had the game at my door already.

Does not come with a steelbook, which is really annoying its the main reason I decided to pre order the physical version from best buy at all!!!!

No preorder bonus weapons or steelbook case. I don’t normally leave reviews… but after seeing everyone else on here having the same experience I had to chime in too. I wont be preordering video games from them again that's for sure. The employee stated that I'll be emailed for both the digital items and the steel book… Yeah I won't hold my breath. This is not reflective of the game but of Best Buy. Spend your money somewhere else.

No steel book. Very upset. Returned it. Even showed the employee and he just shrugged

Picked it up, no steelbook, promotly returned it. Fix your stuff best buy.

We purchased the Deluxe Edition and received no steel book, and no one can say when the steel book is coming, if it is. Also, there should be no micro transactions in a game like this. Incredibly frustrated, disappointed and would not purchase again. We actually returned our second copy.

Bestbuy is Misleading with their advertising. No steekbook with purchase

Pre ordered game with steel book to be delivered, just checked the app to see whats taking so long. My order was cancelled, not by me, no email or notification about it.

It no point of buying this game it should be free since you have to buy add on.
