Michael Cane surprises me. I purchased this movie on a whim while at vestbuy after viewing individual (never overall) reviews on "IMBD" and seeing the movie on eBay. Bestbuy had it on a sale from 20$ to a 6.99 sale price. I had no idea michael cain was in The film. I also did not predict the ending. Good movie for its time. We get to see another side to Bruce Wayne's man servant before he was under the employment of Bruce wayne. Glad I picked it up for the limited time it was at vestbuy and with such a great price!

Acting was good especially Michale Caine. Suspense level was good, but definitely not Hitcock -like.

    One of DePalma’s better films.

This Hitchcockian Thriller is a very good showcase of DePalma’s talents. Though this film has been characterized as derivative it is no less a very taught psychological tale featuring wonderful performances from Michael Caine ( as the psychiatrist)and Karen Allen (as a call girl). Angie Dickinson is also seen in a brief but important roll in the beginning which sets the story into motion.

    Classic 1980’s murder mystery

Brian DePalma was one of the better murder mystery director’s of the 1980’s. This was one of his 3 big hits from that time period alone with Blow Out and Body Double. This is not a family friendly movie due to some of the content. It’s an entertaining murder mystery for the 18+ age group.

Modernized film noir with psychotic and psychopathic twists and sultry enhancements to entice and intrigue its audience. Whether the more mature Angie Dickenson seeking out her deprived desires or the younger more vital Nancy Allen seeking out and using hers to solve the mystery deaths and exonerate herself, this psychological suspense driven yarn will satisfy your deeper inner urges and curious cravings!

In a thriller like dressed to kill you get horror and scary without a lot of gore. In this blu-ray you get the special edition with lots of great special features and you get two versions of the film the R rated and the unrated. One gives you almost no blood or gore and the other one gives you more so if you like thriller then you will love this one.

This steamy bloody thriller has every aspect of cinematography. Erotic edge of your seat who done it. Michael Caine master of his craft, exhibit a superb and wicked performance. Not to be outdone Angie Dickinson was sensual and seriously steamy, with suspense abound.

Brian DePalma's dressed To Kill is an excellent throw back thriller, with memories of Hitchcock. Sometimes it does seem more about the style than the substance (a fault in DePalma films) but the crisp story moves along at a quick pace and Michael Caine, Keith Gordon, Nancy Allen and Angie Dickinson are all excellent.

This was my first time seeing this movie and honestly at first I thought it was an “adult film” more then a horror type of movie. But after getting through all “that” the movie turned out to be pretty good after all.

The plot was interesting and well done by the actors. I believe Angie Dickinson finished the Police Woman series on TV (74-78). The 1980 movie has a steamy shower scene with Angie Dickinson where nothing is left to the imagination... This is one of Brian De Palma's classic award winning movies.

A thriller that stars Michael Caine, that is a homage to Alfred Hitchock with a modern twist. Interesting extras includes the Unrated, Rated R and television edit scenes.

It had been years since I saw this movie, so bought it and watched again. Yes, it is a classic. But watching some of the actors who were popular at the time...sigh...

Brian DePalma directed many thrillers in the 80s, but Dressed to Kill is perhaps his best work. From start to finish there is a tight tension that will keep you guessing.

I bought this Blu-Ray because I am a fan of Nancy Allen. I am a Robocop fan and I was exploring other movies starring Nancy Allen. Dressed to Kill is great movie and it didn't disappoint me, and affirmed my view of Allen as a great actress.
