That's a common misconception that we often have with any signal booster is that the booster cannot create signal, it can only amplify what's available. If there's no signal outside for the booster to work with then the booster will not work and not give you any extra signal.I am sorry if there was confusion on what our product would do for you in these areas. If you're in a low signal area, the Drive 4G-X is going to be the better booster for you to increase your signal.

I thought this booster would help but it did not. It only boosted my signal strength slightly (from -100 to -90) and I continued to drop calls. I will be returning it.
