Posted .Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and I am sorry you did not receive the desired results with the Drive 4G-M. Unfortunately our systems are not able to create signal where there is none, and only able to boost what is already at the location. If there is no signal out to Garner State Park, as it is with most state parks, then there is nothing for us to amplify. If there is an extremely weak signal outside of the vehicle, you might need to place your phone or cellular device closer to the indoor antenna. I recommend contacting Tech Support to troubleshoot the system and make sure it is working at peak performance. We can be reached at 866-294-1660 or [email protected].

I can be sitting in area and getting decent signal (-84 dB) then suddenly it drops to -120 dB. Still drop a ton of calls in same places that drop when I didn't have this. So net effect is not good...hasn't really helped at all.

We are sorry that the booster wasn't able to work for you. Most of the time when we recommend boosters to others, we advise them to try to soft install the booster to make sure that it's going to work for them rather than permanently installing first. That way if it doesn't work - like in your situation, you'll still be able to return it and not pay for a professional installer. Please accept our apologies. You will see you have a few extra bars although data still will not work. Basically if you are somewhere and you have enough cell reception to make a call and for data you may receive an email every 30 minutes as I noticed reception will ping after roughly 30 minutes - and you hook this up to boost your signal - well good luck. No improvement whats so ever.
