As soon as I installed it, I had instant service. Only issue is the product gets EXTREMELY hot. It says to install under seat, I do not advise this. I am going to contact them to ask what step to take in regards to this issue. Other than that, it works better than I could have imagined.

I initially had problems but tech support bent over backwards to ensure that I was satisfied with the booster. I did replace the outside antenna with #311125 800/1900 which did the trick. In the area where I was getting 1 to 2 bars of 3g, with the booster I now get 4 bars of 4g. I am very pleased with my purchase and a big thank you to Weboost tech support.

Weboost claims you will increase your signal. Mine actually decreased. I talked to support and they said they couldn't gurantee better reception. What good is this piece of S**T? Enough venting. This paper weight is going back to Best Buy.

Did Not Work for me
