Yes. It had a very rocky start. But they've been really good about updating and patching. And it runs really well now. And its easily one of the beat looking games out there. Next Gen for real.

Great game with lots of tracks to choose from. I'm not a big fan of racing games but I would keep Driveclub in my games collection.

Racing games are goo, but this is a whole new level. Now that the patches and updates are out...the insane weather effects are gorgeous and the driving is a blast!

This game does exactly what I wanted it to do - a fun hour at the time racing on my PS4. The graphics are beautiful and the game is challenging and fun.

This is a decent racing game! It's between a arcade racer and a simulation racer sometimes it can be frustratingly difficult but is worth the challenge! !

First off, I don't know anything about cars. I don't know how to race cars, I don't know how to tune or work on cars, so I think a racing sim would be lost on me. DriveClub is not a sim, but feels "real" enough that I can enjoy driving fast real life cars. It's not a total arcade racer either, like Burnout, where there's tons of action or explosions going on.
Driveclub is a good mix between the two and it's pretty fun. The graphics are pretty insane, too.

I picked up the game on release date, having pre ordered it. I thought it was supposed to come with the RUF unlock and 3 months of PS Plus, but I got neither of those vouchers in the box. As for the game, the online servers were down for almost the whole week, still having some issues as of today. The cars and scenery look great, like they should considering the graphics were one of the main selling points. Physics engine is solid, plenty of cars, not too many tracks though, overall good game for most. I'm a big racing game fan, (from sim to arcade) having played Forza, GranTurismo, Asseto Corsa, Test Drive, heck even NFS, I have to say I am disappointed. After being delayed for a year, I would've expected much more than you get. After playing through the first 2 championships, I got bored due to the repetitiveness. Get in a car, go on a track, race, win, rinse and repeat. I know its a racing game and that's what you do, but DriveClub is missing that extra fun factor. Maybe because the online features aren't functioning properly yet, maybe because there is no car customization, maybe because you don't work to earn your cars. I can't put my finger on it, but this game is missing something I crave.
Oh yeah, and the AI drive as dirty as a pig rolling in mud.

Consider this an arcade racer, a very pretty arcade racer. Bugs seem to have been worked out, do not expect Gran Turismo. Anxious for Project Cars...

A few issues bugging the launch of Driveclub notably affecting online play . Racing mechanics as well as the presentation shine, a respectable racing title for the Sony brand just not as great as the Gran Turisimo series. Would recommend you wait for the PSN free download to test out before making a decision. However I am happy I purchased the physical copy of this game.

First off, tip of that hat to Best Buy for price matching this game.
This game is interesting as it feels like an arcade/Sim racing hybrid, but heavier on the arcade side. With the recent addition of Spotify to PS4, this game is absolutely awesome to play with your own sound track. The updates for the game are a must. The dynamic weather is probably the most realistic weather I've seen in any driving game, which is part of one of those updates. I wouldn't pay a full 60$ for this game but if you catch it on sale, it's not that bad.

So impressed with this game. I realize it had a rough launch, but so far after downloading the latest patch I'm really enjoying myself. The dynamic weather and time of day cycle blows my mind! No complaints with the physics / handling dynamic. Feels like a good balance between arcade and simulation to me.

Drive Club is an overall good racer. It is compatible with my T80
racing wheel and pedals. And most important, being online is
NOT I repeat NOT required!
To me it is a real turn off when a game/developer tries to FORCE me to be connected just to play their game. I've returned several games some racers and Destiny for this reason. Maybe other folks like being forced to be social, but I don't.
