I had the drone for 2 years and has always worked. The iPhone and Apple Watch app has been updated and works great. Can start, lock, unlock etc. from watch or phone. I have the temperature sensor so I can see the temp inside my car on the mobile app. I can see the status of my car battery voltage, engine on or off, inside temperature, doors unlocked or locked. Doors opened or closed. There are many other features you can have installed for auxiliary buttons. I have the premium plan so I can track my vehicle on the mobile app map. It's a great product and never had an issue.

I purchased the DRONE mobile after buying my remote start from Best Buy. The DRONE app failed to work 80% of the time. Basically, what that means is that I was not able to use any of the features of the device even AFTER paying for their highest tier membership. Yes, that's right, depending on which tier you go with, there is an AFTER PURCHASE membership required that ranges between $49 to $99 per year. Do your homework and look at the tech specs. In 3 years time, I spent over $1200.00 between the remote start and the DRONE app because I decided to pay for a full 3 years up front. What a mistake that was. There is no such thing as customer service at this company either. I was never able to get a hold of anyone. I would send emails to the company only to get notification stating, "YOUR EMAIL HAS BEEN DELETED BY THE RECIPIENT WITHOUT BEING OPENED". The remote start, made by the same parent company, "Arctic Start" had remotes that failed 95% of the time. Such a waste of money!

Plans are $5.99 per month and I get unlimited range and alerts if my alarm goes off. The response and app speed work great. Very happy.
