    Easy to use start your truck from inside your home when it's cold making sure your doors are locked at night when you're already in bed or locating your vehicle after a week in New York city with a bad Bad headache is The greatest gift in the world and I don't know if I should call it technology or pure godlike power but this item is awesome and is truly an amazing bundle to have

    I purchased this item with geek squad installation. When I attempted to make an appointment I was informed that it would be an additional $200. Don't be fooled.

    Do not get this item. I had to pay an annual fee that do not work. It work on some places but dont work on my house or my job. So very disappointed please do not get this waste your money . I contact the customer service and they told me I have signal at my area but some reason I do not work so they supposed to mail me another one it's been two weeks I haven't got anything yet!

    It does its job. This starter only comes with one remote, once auto started, you can only use that remote to unlock your car until auto starts ended.

    I did not know that the service on the smart phone has a yearly charge very over price for what you pay for the unite it should be much lower if you use it with out the smart phone it is OK, works good start engine ,lock and open door, open trunk but for this you can get a cheaper system

    Long story short! The remote control only works within about 10 - 15 feet away from the car, so I literally have to be next to the car in order to start it. Killing all the purpose of the remote. Also the (3 - 4) hours installation from the geek squat was sloppy and took them almost 6 hours to "finished" at the end they told me that the couldn't connect the remote so could open the trunk of my car. I think this product is a waste of money.

    I was not allowed to used this product on my 2012 Honda Civic coupe. Best buy could not install it...

    I cannot in any good confidence recommend this system to anyone. The app is frequently glitchy and you could end up left without access to your vehicle. But worst of all, the customer service is literally nonexistent so if you have a problem, don't expect to get any help from them in any sort of timely manner. They're too busy posting to facebook. This is the post that I left on their page but it fully outlines the experience I had with Drone Mobile: I cannot tell you how angry I am with your service after today. I was a loyal customer for years but after the experience I had today, I doubt I'll ever have a good thing to say about your company again. I used to have a system in my Prius and I loved it so much that when I sold that and bought my Wrangler I bought another system and had it installed. Despite the app being glitchy semi-frequently, I still loved the convenience of it. We even put one on our Grand Cherokee. I raved about how amazing the system was to everyone. In the cold Colorado winters, I would start my vehicle from the building I was in about 15 min before I was ready to leave and I would show up to a warm car - making me the envy of many of my colleagues. As a result of my constant raving, 5 of my colleagues purchased Drone Mobile systems for themselves over the years. After what I experienced today though, I am beyond livid. I had to run into the post office to drop a box off so I left the jeep running and locked it with the app. It was snowing and I didn't want to start and stop the jeep just seconds apart. I was in the building for literally less than 45 seconds from the time I ran in, dropped my box on the counter and ran back out. When I got back to my vehicle, I went to unlock it with the app like I have done MANY times before. However, as is the common glitch with this software, I got an error and it asked if I wanted to cancel, try again or contact customer service. I tried multiple times to unlock the jeep. I even restarted my phone thinking it might have been my service, despite getting full bars and being able to run other apps. And of course, all the while I'm standing outside, in the cold and the snow. So after several minutes of trying this to no avail, I sent a furious email, expecting that given it was barely 1pm in WA at the time, that I might have had a snowballs chance of getting a decently quick reply. No reply came. I'm still standing in the cold and snow trying to get your app to work and unlock my vehicle. I finally managed to track down a customer service phone number which I called. It was an automated system which then put me on hold. I literally waited on hold for over 20 min (with the phone record to prove it). FINALLY when I was routed to a number, the phone rang twice, an automatic message came on that said the mailbox was full and I was hung up on!! After all of this, I'm now at nearly an hour of standing in the snow attempting to either get your app to work or get some semblance of customer service. That never came. I finally pandered to someone to go to my home, get my extra key and bring it to me so I could get into my vehicle. I again called customer service back so that I could express my utter outrage and SURPRISE - I was put on hold for another 25 min only to be hung up on again when I was routed to a mailbox that was full. It is now my personal mission to make sure that everyone out there knows what awful customer service you have and how you can't even be bothered to sort out a phone call or email but you can be bothered to pay someone to post to social media. I'm really glad to know that once you have a customer's money that the customer service ends there.
