Love my Drone

Great Remote Starter

DroneMobile Customer Service is Poor!!!

When the system works its great. However, Dronemobile has horrible system upgrades. When they push an upgrade count on frustration. They have no actual support number to call when following a forced app upgrade to get help. Their system upgrade means you will be out of service at least 24 hours. Currently I have been down 6 days and counting from their last upgrade. I am paying a monthly service fee for something that is not working. I cannot talk to anyone. I can only submit a support ticket that they take days to respond to, if ever. I am already in the hole $100+ dollars on this thing so I have no choice but to stick with it. Save your money and just buy the remote starter and don't add this on unless you like paying for a toy that has only 80% uptime. The actual module in the car works fine it's their App that is the problem!
