The customer service was excellent, the help for getting my new back bone registered on my new Best Buy credit card was very helpful. At the same time getting my ps4 controller replaced with my warranty.

Great controller. Comfortable and pairs flawlessly. Got it to play on my galaxy s21 ultra & Nintendo switch (yes, with an adapter it pairs flawlessly to a Nintendo switch). I'm just happy it wasn't a gift bc it arrived in a box that was completely demolished & it was not a shipping-carrier issue, it was a best buy issue.

Still have it works great! I always get insurance due to wear and tear but they last long kids use them everyday

I keep needing to buy new controllers every few months because of the micro usb plug. It's really frustrating because it loosens up and then it can't charge anymore. It's too expensive to keep buying controllers. I wish they could be converted to c type plugs.

I love PS4 controllers so much that I buy them every 6 months to a year when the charging cable stops working. Around the 8 month mark the thumb sticks get stuck easily. This controller would be 5/5 if it lasted more than a year. Such a shame! If you’re looking for something that’ll last a while, this isn’t it.
