Overall a good product depending on your personal preference.

Very good TV mount and price

Excelent support (i need other one)

It works very well, is cheap and supports an incredible weight. the functionality of the support is too simple, and the assembly is done with a simple tool. I like it alot.

Okay purchase!!

Because of this we got the Geek Squad to come out and do it, and they had a hard time with it also. It took them a while, but one of the young men eventually figured out something that worked. Also, the tv does not have very much movement to it, i think the size of our tv may have something to do with it, (65") but either way i had hoped to be able to angle it towards the kitchen more than i am actually able to, when we purchased it.
