    Let me begin by saying I’ve hung at least a dozen flat screens on wall mounts. This one is a nightmare. Terrible directions, and I had to head to the hard ware store to pick up custom sized bolts. Not a fan, and I would have retuned it had I not been able to find bolts fairly easily. Worst mount ever.

    I have hung a lot of tvs over the years. This is the first time that it took over an hour to figure out the directions. In the end, throw them out as they are so poorly written. There are parts not labeled and many parts look similar. I purchased 4 and used three. This was an entire afternoon of hanging there TVs. It should have taken 30 minutes each. Save yourself the frustration and get a better mount. My previous mounts were from another store and so much better.
