The picture is jittery and people or objects seem to move in a jerky motion. it plays fine on the other 2 speeds.

Called Insignia Customer Service, who said it was still under warranty (I had just informed them I had just purchased it less than an hour ago!) and they would open a ticket. Returned it instead directly to Best Buy, no refund immediately available, but Tech customer service could not even get it to work. Got refund, but nobody in DVD department to assist/recommend a better product. Will check with Consumer Affairs online and buy online with Amazon. Very disappointing experience.

It also freezes up. The remote sometimes does not work until after you reboot the player. Skip this player--spend the extra $5 on the Sony, which is what I bought when I returned it.
