The drawer will not open without me prying it open. The player will not turn on even though it has power. I will spend a little extra to get something nicer.

Please remember that you have a one year manufacturer's warranty with it and you can always apply it by taking the product with your purchase receipt to the Geek Squad counter located inside any Best Buy store. -Elsa A.
