the chair is ok, but the Lumbar support is non-existent. The chair has pieces in the back that dig into you, the handle for the recliner is set in so it will dig into you. It is a comfortable enough chair and feels strong. It is easy to assemble. The real issue is that it is not meant for anyone large sized. also, this oner arrived with stains on it. I am not sure if that is on the manufacturer or on Best Buy, but it's gross.
