This game meets and exceeds all of the hype! The controls take some getting used to, but once you have it down the game is some of the most fun I've had in this generation of gaming. The combination of Mirror's Edge and Dead Island is a perfect mix.

Same company behind the Dead Island games, but it everything about this game plays better than those games. Parkour works fairly well, very fun to play. Tons of missions, side missions, and collectibles to be had here. A+++ for zombie game fans.

Though a few of the side quests can be frustrating, the open world nature of the game is fantastic. You can go everywhere in the city and climb anything given there are hand holds or if you have the grappling hook. The story is fantastic too.

If you liked Mirrors Edge or Dead Island you will love Dying Light. The action is intense, and night time is beyond scary. My only complaints are that the story is medicore, none of the characters are interesting, and the day zombies are not scary in the slightest.

Awesome game to play with friends. It has the best elements of all first person zombie games. Only downside is it can be difficult if play alone the difficulty will spike if you are alone. The story is lacking , but compensates for it with the fun gameplay.

After seeing some of the trailers for this game I decided to pick it up. I did not go wrong with that choice. The story is great, far better then most zombie games and the action if fun. You won't go wrong picking this game up.

I love zombies, I really do. I wanted this to be good but I had my doubts leading up to release. I heard good things after release and I wasn't disappointed. Fun gameplay, unique weapons, and awesome parkour. Awesome game.

It's an exciting and free roaming game. It can get a bit repetitive. Controls can take a bit to get use to. Same weapon mechanics as DeadIsland. Encountered a few bugs that aren't fun at when you're halfway thru a mission and have to restart.

I was in the market for a new game, and a friend suggested Dying Light. I picked it and now I'm addicted! It's skill based, leveling as you go. All open world! Parkour makes the game insanely fun. Definitely recommend!

About 10 hours in, and I am enjoying this much more than I thought I would. Dying Light is an action survival game presented in first-person perspective. The game is set in a vast and dangerous open world. During the day, you roam an urban environment devastated by a mysterious epidemic, scavenging for supplies and crafting weapons to help you defeat the hordes of mindless, flesh-hungry enemies the plague has created. At night, the hunter becomes the prey as the infected grow in strength and aggression - but even more lethal are the nocturnal, inhuman predators that leave their nests to feed. You will need to make use of all your skills and any available means to survive till dawn. So far very fun, I would highly recommend this game if you are into open world exploration, Zombies, and looting to upgrade skills.

Great game intense at times. Like the building of character and that money is never obsolete due to constant need to replace weapons. Gory which is great if you are into it. Story line is decent and ability to play 4 player co-op is fun.

My son and I play this together. I'm sure the single player is fun, but the co-op is awesome. It reminds me of a faster L4D, especially with the new expansions. The Single Player story makes it even better.

If you love zombies and running, climbing, jumping over walls, buildings, and cars basically everything you physically cant do in real life then this is for you, I mean yeah you kill zombies from time to time.

I was surprised when i bought this game because I heard great things about it, but was not really sure it would be my kind of game. Boy was I wrong. This game became very addicting and I can play for hours. There is day and night scenes in this game and I am now 75% done with the campaign and I am still scared to go out at night in this game. There are many hidden secrets in this and if you ever get stuck on a level you might have to use you tube to help, but for the most part this will be one of the best choices in games you'll ever buy! If you like zombies this is your game, you wont be disappointed. The game play is fairly simple and there is plenty to do even when you beat the campaign.

This game is AMAZING! The open world is amazing, constant zombies, and the ability to play with your friend and just run around killing zombies or playing against other people as a zombie is awesome.

Its plays like other zombie games like dead island but with a twist the parcore in the game is like assassin creed, I think the game is grate plays well have not encounter any bugs good story line.

This game is awesome. Everything from graphics and game play. It's hard to put down. If your a fan of zombies this game is for you. You can customize weapons climb anything and it's a open world.

Game is extremely tough in the beginning and slowly becomes smooth. Graphics is not at all next gen, but the zombies are too tough. Night time in the game is extremely hard and awesome ! Overall I would give a 4/5 rating

As a past player of the Dead Island series, Dying Light is a familiar but fun and interesting take on the zombie apocalypse. Political and moral undertones to the story makes you want to delve more into the city of Harran and find out what the characters and factions are up to. When the game turns to darkness and night falls, this is where Dying Light shines and to have a horde of zombies chase after you in pitch black is entertainingly terrifying. The weapon system and skill tree are interesting and there are a variety of options to upgrade/mod your weapons. The game works well when playing with friends and you'll find yourself taking on the larger zombies an easier task.
