Good cable for 10' reach to VGA monitor. Make sure you note the recommended maximum of 17" on your monitor.

I bought this VGA extension cable to be able to have more reach with the monitor I use for my Karaoke gigs. It works great and adds enough length to place the monitor pretty much anywhere it needs to be. The only slight issue came with having to recalibrate the monitor slightly once the extension cable was added into the mix. Over all, though, it was a great purchase for the price.

I discussed my challenges with the sales representative and he recomended several options from wireless to the correct cable and appropriate adapters. In the end I opted for cable and he was able to hook me up with the right combination in the right lengths.

Allowed me plug into a wall socket for a fixed installation projector and still have access to my computer keyboard and mouse from my seat. This allowed interactive work on live budget spreadsheet projected on the wall. It really sped things up.

This is not a fancy cable, just a simple ten foot VGA cord. For what it is, it's good.
