I bought this so I could plug in my usb devices and not have to reach behind the back of my computer. It works great, just wish the light would turn off when it wasn't in use or you was just able to turn it off.

Bought it to replace my other USB Hub. Vast improvement in speed as many of my new devices I connect to it are 3.0 now, which is why I purchased the 3.0.

I was looking for a USB hub to increase the capacity my computer was offering. Was not disappointed by this, very easy to use and fast.

I needed this because my Surface Pro 3 only has one USB port. This device does exactly what it's supposed to do with no problems and for the price you cannot beat it.

Easy to use. Four USB 3 ports. A seven port hub would have been nice if it was available.

Love this USB hub. I use it all the time in my Macbook Pro. The only problem is that sometimes it disconnects when I'm in the middle of work, which is kind of annoying. It's only done it a few times, and luckily I haven't had any large documents open that hurt saving, etc. Downside is that it needs to be connected to an outlet, but if you're at an office, it's great!

The port is lightning fast and allows me to use it as a mini-docking station for my laptop. It's very convenient.

I always seem to need extra USB ports. This self powered USB hub solves the problem

Arrived as advertised in 2 days with Prime. Clean unit. I like the diamond shape. It lets me plug in everything and not have a bundle of wires running in one direction(my printer and other USB items ) are spread around my office. Also really like that it's 3.0 but is backward compatible with my existing stuff.

Very basic 4 port USB 3 hub. It allows me to expand the available USB ports on my X1 Carbon. Nothing bad to say about this product. It does need power though so don't buy this is you're just looking for something that you could use while away from your home.

The hub works as advertised. Connected four external hard drives to the computer through it and have noticed no drop in speed accessing any of them.

Use it with iMac to get the USB plugs facing front instead of hiding in the back.

Bought this for a project where we needed to isolate the USB 3.0 device power requirements for troubleshooting. The unit functions great. There seems to be a little speed loss, but I can't confirm and don't really care as it provides 3 extra connections.

good 1 to 4 USB 3.0 hub. Needed to expand the ports on the back of my monitor, and this fit the bill. I couldn't find that many 1 to 4 hubs out there that were USB 3.0, which is why i got this one - bought it based on the 1to4 functionality and that it was USB 3.0. Nice and compact, works well, has a light on it to tell you its on. comes with an AC power adapter but I didnt seem to need it - works fine just plugged in. have not had any issues. I use it to run my keyboard and then have the other ports dedicated for USB charging cables (phones, etc).

Most USB hubs are pretty basic. This one for the price is very nice. I only wish is was a bit cheaper since it is only a 2.0 speed version. Other than that it works fine on a PC or MAC. There have been no compatibility issues.

i purchased this product to power security cameras that use usb to power the camera. The amp rating on other usb hubs weren't enough to power 3 cameras. This unit has enough to power up to 4 cameras which met our needs.

Purchased to expand the USB offerings of a new Surface Pro, it has become an absolute necessity.

I bought it because i needed extra usb ports for my iMac - the price was right and its usb3. plugged it in and everything works.

with several USB3 drives I needed a hub to extend my capability to add more drives. Does the job!
