Geek Squad diagnosed problem in minutes for no charge. Had option to purchase and install myself or let Geek Squad do the install. GS did the install for very little $$.

This is a universal power supply so I was a little apprehensive at first that perhaps it wouldn't have all the right wires and plugs but everything fit perfectly and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

My computer was hit with a power surge and knocked out the original power converter. This is the one that was recommended by Geek Squad. So far it has worked better and quieter then the original converter from Gateway.

A very quiet motor. My desktop is a LOT quieter now. Wish I could use my reward dollars on it but I didn't have them with me at the time. That changes my rating from excellent to good.

I didn't have this in my computer, but powering a car audio amplifier, meaning the thing was pushing out 350 watts the WHOLE time it was on, and it never really got too hot to hold

My old power supply gave up after a few years, a quick run to best buy and picked up this 400w dynex power supply and I was back up and running.

This PSU will not run by itself (not installed) while directly plugged into an outlet. It has to be installed and connected to the motherboard in order to power on.

For a newbie computer modifier/builder this is one of the simplest projects you can find. I would recommend this as a starter project to anyone interested in trying to work on their own pc.

Had a faulty power supply in a HP tower unit and took it in to the Geek Squad who quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem replaced the unit and returned it the same day! Fantastic!

Overall, it was a great job. There was a little problem of giving instructions over to the person coming on at the shift change, But, that was quickly fixed.

This power supply is great and will work for most applications. Also when you need one quickly, best buy usually has them in stock.

This power supply is perfect for use in a computer with an ATX motherboard requiring 400W. I used this to replace a bad 350W power supply and it worked perfectly. Awesome product!

Old power supply bit the dust and had to replace it. Use this brand on another computer that the power supply bit the dust and had no problems why not use the same brand on this one.

Works fine, installed by Geek Squad.What more can I say, other than the P.S. failed, a new one was installed.

A good value for the money. Fixed the original problem. But have other issues with that computer that need to be fixed. But it is a good product

Not sure if it was the right replacement part but the computer would not start.

I had the power supply fail in our projection computer at church. This was inexpensive an in stock so I was able to get it back up that same day.

Computer power supply crashed and geek squad needed to repair it. It works great and computer is fully functional again.

Exactly what I needed to replace failed power supply in my aging system. Came with all that required for a quick install. The power supply performs flawlessly.

It seems to work fine knock on wood. Even though the Geek Squad guy first told me to make sure NOT to buy this brand.
