I bought this surge protector because I had a need for something grounded to stretch an extremely short microwave cord to the just-above-floor-level outlet on the wall by the microwave cart. I was concerned about the weight of the protector dangling from the plug, but was happy to find it had a hole in the back made for wall mounting. Just what I needed.

Surge protectors are a high demand item in my shop, so these disappear from my shelf faster than most items. We love the low profile plugs, makes it easy to plug in behind a cabinet or desk without needing to keep it 2 inches away from the wall.

THIS WAS THE LEAST EXPENSIVE SURGE SURPRESSER AT THE STORE. JUST WANTED SOMETHING FOR ADDED PROTECTION. HAS PLENTY OF ROOM FOR BIG PLUGS WHICH IS A PLUS. MY OLD ONE HAD SUCH CLOSE PLUGS I HAD TO SKIP EVERY OTHER ONE TO MAKE PLUGS FIT.

This outlet surge protector was great because the cord outlet plug was sideways and very convenient to plug into the wall outlet. The cord became more flush with the wall which let the furniture push against the wall further.

This product is good if you don't have enough plug in space for your wall outlet. I bought it because I had more than two cables that I needed to plug in. So far it has been working great. I have not had any issues. It works as it should.

I needed a power strip for my dorm room and was able to purchase this surge protector on clearance instead. Works great and offers protection too. Seems heavy duty so I'm sure it will give mr many years of use.

I've had this for about a month and haven't had any problems. We have had about three thunderstorms with intense lightning. All my stuff connected to it (TV, Surround sound DVD player) has survived so looks like it is doing its job.

Definitely need a good power supply like this living in the south where it rains and we have heavy storms every other day with possibility if power going out. You need a good surge protector just in case!
