Needed a small surge protector and this one fit the bill.

It works well and I haven't got any problem. Good enough.

The total of outlets are enough for my electronics.

I figure if big corporations don't worry about battery powered backup, it was good enough for my purpose - which was to PROTECT MY EQUIPMENT. Keep the main thing the main thing. I'm not using this for business purposes.

First one did not work. I brought it back to best buy and they gave me a new. They even tested this one before I left the store to ensure that it would work.

I just bought more of these for my house. Got some white and some black. The cord is heavy duty. The plug is flat which is great. The plugs are nice sturdy. It has indicator lights. Just a great well made device. Due to the flat plug it also allowed us to gain a some inches by moving our appliances and furniture closer to the wall.

We bought this because we needed an extension plug-in that would mount flush to the wall so it could go behind an entertainment system and would allow it to be as close to the wall as possible. It works, but the extension cord part is on the shorter side of normal.

This surge protector does a great job at the price. A small price to pay to protect the computer & accessories.

I bought this purely for the price when I needed another protector. It seems to be great quality for the price. I've had it in full use for a few months and so far have no complaints. I would buy it again.

I do NOT recommend this device to be used to protect anything you want protected. This would be great just as a power strip, but not as a surge protector. This is very cheap for a surge protector and unfortunately you get what you pay for. I had this "surge protector" protecting my computer and monitor, with one power outage, it must have surged when the power came back on and both of my internal hard drives were "fried". One drive so badly that Seagate itself couldn't recover any data. The WD hard drive survived long enough to get basic data off, but that drive is no longer usable either. My mistake was trusting a cheap surge protector to protect my critical data. Don't make my mistake your mistake. Use this as a power strip only and buy a much better quality surge protector to protect something as important as a computer. And the protection warranty? a joke, you have to notify them within 15 days of the loss or you are out of luck, it took more than 15 days to get my PC looked at and fixed to determine it was a power surge.

So far i never face power flactuations, Good to be protected and price is not far from regular ones..

Returned it because the cord length did not work for me. seemed like a good product.

Bought it and installed it. Works just fine and should have the protection I need
