This might be the worst phone cases ever. It arrived broken and when I touched the case it fell apart. How is it supposed to protect your phone if a single touch breaks it! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

The membrane case is rotten because it is old, since I started to take it out of the package, it began to break.

Case is not even transparent, it is a gross gray color

It was a bit dirty so I tried to gently wash it but it broke apart in my hands.

The case fits well and is comfortable, and it doesn't hamper the buttons' accessibility at all. But it keeps developing this white haze inside of the case that I have to wipe away every couple days- very odd, I've never seen it before on any other clear case. The white haze is the only complaint I have, and it is the reason I took off a star. Mine also came with this big white splotch on it that looked like a remnant of the injection molding process, though it wiped off with some effort. Also very odd. I tried to upload a photo but the Best Buy app will not allow me to select my 169kb JPG photo of this.

Poor quality product. Came severely discolored and kinda broke while pulling of the box. Did end up returning. Still waiting for the refund.

Item was damaged upon arrival. It also had some chemical/soap coating all over it.

You get what you pay for. Only cost $3 and definitely worth it. Actually like the holes for inserting a loop to wear around the wrist so that the phone doesn't slip from my hands while running. Odd discoloring in this grey case.

When I got the case, It wasn't transparent. but more of a cloudy white. 2 hours after I put the case on my phone, it fell apart. Returned it the next day at the store, got a full refund. The Best Buy associate was surprised why it was sold in a bad condition.

This literally crumbled to pieces the moment I took it out of the packaging.... It must have been sitting in the warehouse for 2 years or something, but it was crazy to watch. This was actually the second time I seen that happen.

Get what you pay for obviously. Got a couple of these for my wife who is rough on phones and they were destroyed very quickly. She wanted some cases that she could decorate herself and put on her phone, however the cases tore around the openings for the buttons and eventually would not hold onto the phone anymore.

BB did everything right. On time. easy buy. good pkg'ing case fits phone. In making it, case has chemical mar or stain. Yeah it's on the back & yeah you can hardly see it. BUT it's still there

It was covered in some weird waxy material that started to peel as I pulled the case out of the packaging. Phone didn't easily fit when I tried putting it in, thought it was just a snug fit so pushed it in a little and the bottom of the case tore and started to fall apart. Worst part was that the employees didn't believe me when I went back into the store to immediately return it. Even if I wanted to use it with a missing bottom, who knows how long I'd have to spend scrubbing off the rest of the wax so it wouldn't look and feel like crap. I see a lot of similar reviews and wished I read them first.

Terrible case. I've had for a little more than a week, and it has shredded. Not good plastic at all. It also came with a weird cloudy haze that transferred to my phone. Almost like a dust. Save your money.

Needed a case I never got to use.... but it was a good price

Nothing too glamorous, but a reliable, good fitting case.

item arrived dirty and with greasy fingerprints. Even after cleaning it was still foggy but usable! Just poor quality and poor packaging of an apparently used item

Worthlessness. Fell apart within 2 hours of putting on phone. Actually crumbled just laying on table.

This case was pretty old. Fell apart when packaging was opened.

Recieved damaged. Phone case has a huge crack down the side.
