This was just to hold the lens cap. Did not want to keep putting it in my pocket. Have used these before and it is money well spent in my book. Seen too many lens caps over the railings as tourist spots. Looks like it is shifting slightly on the cap, probably from putting it in and out of the bag.

I no longer worry about losing or wasting time looking for the lens cap again. I can easily cover the lens with the cap immediately when I want to. I love being able to hand my camera to my daughter and her friends knowing the lens cap will come back also.

I purchased this at the recommendation of the Best Buy employee. I was a little skeptical at first but I bought it and took it home. After attaching it to the Lens cover it works great. No more looking to see where I put the Lens Cover this time.

Every camera I have purchased that uses lenses like those used in SLR cameras, I purchase this type of product. It is a wise investment. You will not lose your lens cap, your lens will not get scratched as a result of lost lens cap and the aggravation from having to locate a replacement lens cap is not needed. I purchased these for a friend who kept misplacing her lens at sporting events.

I love this little cap keeper; it's a "keeper"! The product description is accurate and fits just right on my equipment (Canon T2i with Canon 24-105 lens). The little string from the elastic loop to the adhesive piece that you stick to the middle front of the cap, is 5 inches long. The only time the cap got in the way of the view finder was when I was pointing the camera straight down and did NOT have the lens extended. But, it was easy to grab the cap out of the way. This only happened once and I had taken hundreds of pictures...definitely not a deterrent to buying this very useful little product. My only regret is that I waited so long to buy it.

my camera didnt come with one and I find it useful, however if it was a little bigger I would have loved it. nevertheless it works

Works great to keep the camera lens attached to the camera. Love being able to pop the lens cover off and not have to worry about dropping it, or sticking it in a pocket. Inexpensive enough to buy one for each lens.

This is a handy thing to have, especially after losing a lens cap recently. It saves me from worrying that I will repeat the loss. The product does exactly what it says it will do, and that is enough for me.

I've lost so many lens covers. I don't know how I could ever do without this product now that I have one. Inexpensive and very easy to install. I recommend everyone with a camera should have one.

The camera I bought did not have a loop for the lens cover. This product filled in nicely. Very easy to attach to both the camera and the lens cover. Does exactly what I needed it to do.

I like this accessory for keeping my lens cap near by. I hate having to lay my lens cap down somewhere when trying to capture events. I have a tendency to lose my lens caps otherwise !

Purchased for my daughter because she kept losing her lense cap. When I purchased it I was concerned it may come off, she's had it for 2 months and uses her camera ALL the time. It's still there! She really wanted one that was colorful but I searched to no avail. At least her lense won't get scratched now.

The lens cap keeper is excellent when your on the go and you don't have time while snapping away pictures. The cap is held be cord and you never have to worry about losing it again.

I like being able to protect the lens on my camera. The only downside is if you are a action picture taker like I am this thing will swing back and forth and actually come off.

He lens keeper works just how it says it works. It's very easy to put on, you just stick the dynes part to your lens cap and wrap the band around the lens as bam!
