The product is just what I wanted. I went back and bought a second one for another lens. I was concerned about it fitting on a 72mm lens, but no problems at all.

Keeps camera cover in place. No worries for you to lose it for its attached to the cover. Very convenient. I would recommend for every camera users to have one.

I tell all of my friends with dslrs to buy these so they can avoid damage to their lens from losing their lens caps.

I never know why these are not included as standard equipment. The lens cover never gets lost and it doesnt prevent you from detaching the lens caps completely from the camera. The only real concern may be the adhesive that attaches the lens cap to the string but after 2 months it is still strong The only "gotcha" you have to watch for is a quick swing to take a picture may fly the lens caps into the picture but I always hold it between my fingers so that doesn;t happen
