The new Airwrap ID is a major upgrade. The intelligent features make styling effortless, and the results are amazing. Absolutely loving it!

Its a bit trivky to use but theres videos you can find on YouTube that help. Speeds up styling my hair and keeps it soft for a couple days.

Item when on sale day after I purchased and Best Buy agent was great and gave me a credit for the difference so it was a great price too.

I don"t use all of the accessories, only the hair dryer and the curling barrels. The only thing I would change is the power at which it blows air out while blow drying; it needs to be a bit stronger.
