I bought one for each bedroom and they are the perfect size. Quiet to run

Working from home has meant lots of compromises. For me, the biggest was setting up my home office. With zero ventilation, The heat and lack of ventilation left me searching for a solution and this was exactly what I needed. It’s small and adjustable Enough to get the right a mount of breeze just where it’s needed. The only negative, this thing ONLY works with the remote control. Lose that and you are SOL.

Unlike your typical fan, which simply pulls the surrounding air and throws it around in whatever direction the fan is facing, the Dyson Pure Cool Me takes that same air, pulls it through a HEPA filter and essentially provides you with a focused stream of clean air. Handling the tasks of both a fan and air purifier, the Dyson Pure Cool Me is small enough to be placed onto your desk, bedside table, or a side table to name a few places. The magnetic remote control allows for easy use of the Dyson Pure Cool Me. You can control the air flow, oscillation, power, sleep timer, and check the lifetime of the air filter. And once you're done using the Dyson Pure Cool Me, simply attach the remote control to the front bezel directly above the small LED display. Setting up the Dyson Pure Cool Me is as straightforward as it can get. Take it out of the box, removing the misc. packaging material, plug it in, and turn it on. No need to worry about installing the filter as it is already installed for you. Of course, no product is perfect and the Dyson Pure Cool Me is no exception. The only issue I have with this product is the fact that there is only one way to control it, which is with the remote control. If the control is lost for whatever reason, then you lose the ability to turn on or control certain features on the fan. Overall, this is a good product to have at your desk side, on a bedside, or a side table for when you are feeling warm and need to cool down, but you don't want to kick up your allergies into high gear at the same time.

I originally bought 2 of these. One was for my daughter’s bedroom which is a smaller room and it works great and the other was for my bedroom.. I would not recommend this one for bigger rooms with a lot of traffic through the doorways.It is quiet when used on a lower setting. Wish they weren’t so expensive! Bought the tower fan for myself.

What can I say, it’s Dyson. Yes a bit expensive, but you’re paying for quality. I have this product set on my bed side and run it at night. I wake up in the mornings more refreshed and my allergies are minimal compared to before. I highly recommend this to those who have issues with stuffy noses in the morning.

After months of working from home, and previously having a larger air purifier in my living room and bedroom, I decided to splurge on this for my spare bedroom/temporary office. This helps me so much with allergies and overall air quality. It also puts out an impressive breeze!

Works well but the motor has a slight whine that annoys me. It isn't terrible but it's just noticeable enough that once I notice it I can't un-notice it. Otherwise it works as advertised, moves a decent amount of air and helps clean the upstairs loft bedroom air and maintain circulation.

Keeps me cool and comfortable at my desk and makes almost no noise. Unlike several coworkers units. Great controls and small footprint that does not rearrange papers on my desk. You are paying somy Dyson Tax but it it is worth it!

Obviously not the most economical option, but delivers a great short range air burst when compared to other Dyson purifiers, and you can’t deny it just looks cool too!

My favorite bedside air purifier/fan! I keep it on every night and it doesn't affect the other person in bed if they tend to be "cold" at night! Absolutely love it and would definitely purchase again.

Was looking for a better alternative to using other fans when not using my air conditioners since most fans seem to only blow hot air on hot days. So took a chance on paying a lot more for this & I love it! Not only does it clean the air but it really does blow cooler air! Haven’t had to use the air conditioner in my bedroom much at all except on the hot & humid days. Was so impressed that I went back to Best Buy & bought a bigger Dyson fan/purifier for my living room!

Bought this on a whim and it has been amazing. The setting are easy, noise when fan is on high but not to bad. The timer setting is great as well. Overall this has saved me having to turn my AC below 68.

Instead turning on the AC for the hot weather here just to cool one room I got this for that purpose. It works extremely well. Like the timer and air purifying aspect. Definitely helps keep my AC bill down in the summer months.

With all of us sheltering in place this is a great piece of technology to clean the air indoors since we are spending most of our time there. The perfect product for these conditions. Easy to set up and use.

I bought three of these for our office, and I'm very happy with them. They can be a bit loud when operated at full speed. I keep our set at #6 and they're fine. They really keep the air moving.

I wanted something in the small size and so went with this model. I am pleasantly pleased at how well it works particularly when it comes to purifying the air! I’ve only had it one week but hopefully only have to replace the filter “yearly”.

I have been extremely pleased with my Dyson-BPO1 Pure Cool Me Air Purifier and Fan. It resolved a long-standing issue in my Florida Room of room closeness and excess heat during the Summer!

This unit is helpful with keeping you cool (or cooler) at your work or possibly your nightstand, just providing increased air flow in a small space.

Very good purifier. Dyson has done well with this unit. You get what you pay for. Cleans pet dander surprisingly fast. I would definately buy again .

The Dyson Cool Me Personal Air Purifier works well for me as a bed room fan/air filter. Dyson products seem a little expensive/overpriced. But if you can find them on sale, like I did for this fan/filter, the high build quality justifies the premium on the sale price. I tried other filter/fans but they were to noisy when trying to sleep. The Dyson Cool Me can direct a strong breeze that can be felt 12-15 feet away on a medium (5-6 out of 10) setting. At higher settings the fan is a little loud for sleeping, but from 8-10 feet away on level 2-3 the unit is quiet. I recommend the Dyson Cool Me.
