Luckily, we had Geek Squad insurance on it. It lost suction pretty quickly. When we brought it in to Geek Squad for a check up we learned that they do not fix these anymore. We had to exchange it. It also appears that Dysib discontinued the ball canister model.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the canister door opens when you remove it to empty it. because of the positioning of the canister, it will dump dirt and dust all over the place. i am aware of this and use one hand to lift the canister and the other to hold the door open. other than this issue, it works fine.
