Correction is it’s horrible. It’s always clogging on the floor piece and if you vacuum something of size clogged. I am not happy that I have invested into two of these brand names vacuums and I dislike both

This model is a huge disappointment! If your house has mostly rugs, carpet etc. you'll probably be fine- otherwise don't bother. I have cats & dogs who bring stuff into the house. Suction is very good but on hard surfaces if it's anything other than dust, hair, don't plan on the vacuum picking it up. However, for an extra $49.00 you can purchase an attachment (Articulating Hard Floor Tool) which seems to work? Dyson needs to include this attachment from the start.

Good vacuum but looses suction

Dyson took 3 month and then sent older version attachments that do not fit. Terrible Customer service. Not one person is helpful in solving a problem. Wish I never had ordered this product! Save yourself a lot of time and trouble. Try something else.
