This is a great vacuum. We had a regular Dyson for the past 6 years and decided it was time to get a pet one. It is easy to maneuver, goes under the cupboards in the kitchen and up against the baseboards. Has great attachments.

Wish I had gotten this earlier. Really picks up the dog dander and general household dirt.

I found the price to be a bit high but in the scheme of things, it is definitely worth it. I got a $120 rebate to spend at the store at a later date. The product is great and I am very happy with the performance and versatility.

we have 3 dogs. although we love them, they do shed. the dyson picks up every bit of the dog hair, and everything else. it's easy to use and empties easily also. love it.

I have 2 pets and 2 small children. Gets carpets and hard floors free of debris with ease. My 2nd Dyson purchase. Would buy again.

love the dyson, super suction and on board attachments. the other attachments need a better location area when not in use...

After using Dyson - DC41 Animal HEPA Bagless Upright Vacuum - Iron/Rich Royal Purple I felt that I never had a vacum before. I was having construction in my house and I have 5 cats. This vacum was magical.

I have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 1 little boy who refuses to take his shoes off when entering the house. This vacuum never fails to impress me with what it picks up. I didn't realize how much pet hair was not getting picked up!

We have 2 sheddin dogs, and it picks up all their hair very well. the added attachment to clean the couch is nice too. We are so pleased with it, we plan on gettin the attachment for groomin the dogs

My wife loves having this vaccum. It does everything that her and the kids need it for.

I have had a dyson for the last10 years and for Christmas this year my husband bought me the DC41 with the ball it so much easier than my old one I can move it in all directions.

easy to use - design is well thought out. amazed at the amount of dirt it picks up. transitions from carpet to hardwood and tile (where old upright only worked well on carpet).

picks dirt like a dyson should, seems to be a little cheaply made and will not last as log as our last dyson. Also have an issue with the upright locking mechanism does not always stay upright.

Ive tried several vaccums and been very dissappointed even with the highest rated ones. This vaccum has great suction. I have a dog that sheds. It gets the hair up great!

I have 2 cats and this is great at getting all the cat hair up. Easy to use and empty out. I love it well worth the money

It is great to use since our dog shedds alot. The basket is easy to empty and we are constantly amazed at the amount of dog hair on the floor that it picks up.

This is a great home vacuum, particularly if you have pets. I've had it one month and could not be more satisfied. If you can afford it, buy it.

This is the best vacuum I have ever used. I have two shedding dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Siberian Husky, that leave hair everywhere. The Dyson is the first vacuum i have used that legitimately gets all the hair up. Noticeable difference in allergies and no detection of any pet odor when done vacuuming. Worth the money that you spend to get it. Highly recommended.

This vacuum really sucks dirt! I have to empty the filter after every room. I guess that means my old vacuum didn't do a very good job? It feels a bit cheap being made of plastic, yet it is heavy and cumbersome to carry up stairs. It is high priced for plastic. Hope it with stands up to my boys usage...they have the mentality of 'if it's on the floor, it will be vacuumed' :( The hose/attachments are kind of hard to use. The hose is stiff and I need to hold it with both hands to make it reach.it is really stiff and awkward to use. All in all I'm happy to know it is really picking up dirt!
