had to return it, as it's so heavy and battery doesn't last very long....but it works well...just not enough for the price .(

So far so good! Straightens my hair so much faster. Heats up quickly. LOVE that it’s cordless. The only complaint I have is the charger doesn’t stay connected to the actual straightener well if it isn’t charged.

Extraordinary product extraordinary service one billion stars. I haven’t used a flat iron in ten years. When this came out recently I couldn’t pass it up. I recommend to all. Absolutely love the cordless feature. I put back on charger while getting each section of hair. That way it can go longer then 30 mins.

This straightener is expensive but worth it! I have a lot of thick hair and I don't have to make a lot of runs with a small amount of hair for it to work. I can straighten a liberal amount of hair with each run and I am done in no time! It being cordless is a giant bonus!

Bought this, along with the other two hair products from Dyson. Needless to say, my girl loves all three of them. Cut the BS, quit spending money on a number of cheaper products and buy the real deal. It’ll make everyone happier in the end! So far, they all work great.

The battery barely/doesn't last until I am done straightening my hair. My hair is pretty think, wavy, but not super long. I thought this would be a game changer, and I like that it is cordless, but what is the benefit if one charge won't straighten your hair the way you want. I do feel like it might not damage my hair as much as my old straightener, but it also doesn't straighten my hair as well or as quickly. I have to make multiple passes through each section. Also, I couldn't use my birthday percent off, but right after I bought it there was a sale for $100 off so not real happy about that.

Bought this as a gift for my wife who is a professional hair stylist. Initially she was a little hesitant of the cordless design and thought it was very expensive. After using it for a week, there was no going back to the professional, corded straighteners that she has used for her entire career.

This straightener works amazingly! It's truly one pass and doesn't pull your hair. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the battery could last longer. Its large and takes a little getting used to, but so worth it!

Would I normally spend this much on a straightener? No. But I have the hair dryer and the airwrap and love both of those so I figured why not. The straightening power is amazing. I love that it is cordless. I use it on the lowest setting and I can straighten my hair in one pass in each section.

My husband always said if you have the right tool for the job, you will get better results. He could not be more accurate. This straightener is the absolute best. I have very long, super thick hair. I straightened my hair in 9 minutes. This is by far my favorite Dyson product!

I would not pay $500 for this, but i was able to get it reduced due to an in store offer and trading in old electronics. They are good straightners, the cordless feature is a HUGRE bonus, but not worth $500.

Everything works great except that the straightener's battery diminished to only 5 mins after a year of use. I expect it to be replaced since its within its warranty time.

We ran into financial issues so we had to return this product, but we are waiting to buy it again this christmas cause it was the prefect hair iron for my wife and she misses ever since. Battery was good, build quality was Apple like, and expensive yet it did what it was supposed to do amazingly. I would argue $350 around there is a better price, but there really isn’t many products that can deliver the same level or close to the same level of quality and features in this market of hair tech. It is very heavy and doesn’t do a very good job. I love that it is cordless but it is awkward to use.

I liked it I loved it even though I think they need to make it lighter and the charger cable is heavy and big - so it would be harder to travel with - unfortunately I had to return cause my budget was too high and need to wait it out

I love how it leaves my hair but it has a big con , it is kind of heavy and you can’t charge it and straightener your hair at the same time or it seems that I haven’t figured how to do so. The cord does snap off easily.

It’s a great overall straightener. I will say that the battery life when cord-free is super short and I just end up leaving it plugged in. For someone with 4B hair, I love how straight it can get my hair!!

Dyson has done it again. this product is just fantastic. heats up in no time and the charge will last fro about 4 uses or so. also great that it has an airplane mode to it, do not want to accidentally burn luggage while traveling.

the idea is nice but not great. its cumbersome that you have to bring the charger whenever you travel because the battery does not last long.

Great product, does not dry out your hair or burn it. Nice you can be cordless but….. the battery needs to last longer than just 30mins which why I can’t give 5 stars
