The straightner also heats up fast. It does pull on hair but not to the point where it is actually pulling out my hair.

Unfortunately, there were too many issues to justify the price. While it did make my hair incredibly soft and shiny after use, the next day my hair had all kinked back up and was no longer straight. Something that never happens with my regular straightener. Also, not being able to use it while plugged in if the charge dies is a huge pain.

Dyson hair iron

It is heavy to hold, I have to put it on 410 degrees highest setting to get it to do good straight job but even then it isn’t sleek straight as I like it to be. My $100 chi iron does a better job. I am a Dyson fan have most of their products buts this is hard no. It also snags and pulls at my hair and I have wavy frizzy hair that easily gets straight with blowdry or irons.

Great hair straightener

I wish it would show the battery meter when turned on so I know when it needs to be charged or not. Overall, I would recommend this product.

It works better than I expected. My hair is very soft and stays straight for a couple of days until I wash it. I’m happy for all Dustin products.

There is no tugging of hair, the plates stay at the set temperature and my hair always looks great!

She loved it right away as she always wanted a Dyson product. She says it's the best hair dryer she has ever had. We recently went to Europe for our honeymoon, and she took it, and she had no problems. The only thing I see is that the magnetic cord charger is not that strong, but I don't use this product, just something I noticed when she has asked me to put it to charge. When I bought it 2 years ago it seemed they gave me a refurbished one as it was $100 cheaper on blackfriday but it had been doing fine.

I have thick coarse hair and it takes 30-40’mins to straighten my hair. With this it only took 10-15mins to fully finish. Never going back to normal straightener.

My wife loves it but she has a lot of hair so she isn’t able to squeeze more than one and half days out of it. If dyson could find a way to add more battery it would be five stars. Returned the first one due to a button malfunction. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again. 3 stars because if you have to have it plugged up most of the time it’s useless for it to be battery.

It wasn't as much of a game changer as my Dyson Airdrop...and the charge didn't last long enough to straighten my hair. For the price, I'll just use a ceramic straightener. I LOVE Dyson...and take my Airdrop everywhere...on every trip, even if it means I need to take one less pair of shoes. :) So...my expectations and hopes were too high, possibly.
