Bought for my wife for an early mother's day present and she loves it!! I would have given 5 stars if I could have purchased best buys 2 year geek squad plan!

Love how it leaves my hair, however I have long hair and the battery life is not that great. Even connected it . So it takes me longer having to wait for it to recharge.

I was hesitant because its a big investment, but it works great! Better than any other flat iron I've owned. My hair stays set for days without having to touch it up and its much softer and smoother. No regrets.

This thing is fantastic! It leaves my hair shiny and smooth. Heats up fast and doesn't take long to straighten my hair. I have noticed I don't have snags and flyaway anymore. If your on the fence just Buy it.

The only complaint I have is the battery doesn’t hold its charge long and has to stay plugged in all the time. Other than that, it is amazing

Wife loves it and now she has both the dyson dryer and this one. She has always loved dyson products. Now we have these to add to our hand cordless vacuum cleaner. Made a wonderful Christmas gift.

Love it. Save time and do not damage my hair. The only thing that I dislike is the battery. I wish the battery last longer.

Purchased this item as gift for my wife. She just loves it. It compliments her Dyson Supersonic hair dryer. No complaints. It is expensive, but according to my wife, it is a superior product.

I love that this is cordless it’s such an amazing tool by far my favorite Dyson product that I own. Really glad I decided to upgrade

I am is a hair stylist, i love this straightener, it does a really nice styling. But i thought that when plugged in, it would work like any other electric straightener. But no, it still uses batteries, so it won't last long. because when straightening the client's hair, and they want to keep it straight for about 6 months , some time it takes 2 to 3 hours to straighten it. in short, this straightener is not for professional use.

Would be much more convenient if able to use while plugged in. Only stays charged for around 20 minutes which is not suitable for long thick hair.

My husband purchased this item for my birthday. I was very excited to use this one since my Dyson air wraps is amazing. I was really disappointed with this straightener. To begin, it was extremely heavy and took forever to charge. Once it was ready the battery did not last at all. I wasn’t able to straighten my hair completely without having to plug it in to finish. This product was a miss for Dyson. Maybe they can tweak it and make it better and then maybe I can consider purchasing it. I actually returned this item and would not recommend unless Dyson fixes the known issues.

Great product!!! Brought it for my girlfriend!! Now I can kick her out of the bathroom..With it being cordless she can do her hair on the way to events and we can only be half as late as normal...

I’ve been using this for over a week and it’s hands down the best straightener I’ve ever owned or used. Build quality us amazing, heats up in an instant! Stand is beautiful. I can’t say enough about it!

Amazing product. Bought for my wife for Christmas. The only downside is the battery life. Battery dies real quick when on high heat

Love the way my hair feels after using product. I doesn't damage my hair like my T3 Flat iron did. It is great, but the price is a bit extreme.

Wife is happy with this - cordless feature is awesome and she got about 25-30minutes while not plugged in which is a good win. Very good quality straightener.

It works like a professional straightener. Heats up right away after you turn on and makes the hair so smooth and shiny. Very happy.

Repeat purchase how this one last longer Love this iron but charging base failed and is on back order til who knows when so far this one is working great

Bought this for my wife. She says it works great only down side is battery life. You can use it while it’s plugged in so not a total waste.
