Posted .Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you don't seem to be getting the full quality experience from your Dyson Corrale™ Hair Straightener. Your Corrale™ straightener will provide up to 30 minutes of cord-free styling. However this will vary depending on heat setting and how the product is used. Your Corrale fast charges during the first 40 minutes of being plugged in (up to ~95% of battery charge). For the remainder of the 30 minutes of charging the process slows to protect the battery from being over charged.
