I wanted something “Better” and had been eyeing the dyson and looked at reviews and overall convinced me. So I purchased at the beginning of September (for my birthday) I used it straight out the box and didn’t even last about 10 minutes with the charge it had. I ended up using my conair and decided to fully charge the dyson. Well now it’s November and tried using it for the second time I connected it to the charger since it’s been in the box since September, it lit up green indicating it was fully charged. Charge didn’t last half an hour and didn’t straighten my entire hair. I only got through maybe half. Total waste of $500 and definitely not worth the $$. Hopefully it can still be returned to the store. Not happy at all

The Dyson Corrale™ straightener is a cord-free straightener that provides the same thermal performance as corded products, but with cord-free versatility. It provides up to 30 minutes cord-free styling and is fully recharged in just 70 minutes. You can also extend your run time by attaching the magnetic 360ᵒ charging cable for use in hybrid charge mode should you need longer. Also, while in use to help prolong the battery life, we'd recommend placing the straightener back on the dock, between styling sections of your hair.
