I am confident it will do the job though.

Bought it for my gf as a Bday gift to go with the other Dyson hair appliances she has and she loves it. No complaints. Looks amazing as always with Dyson products. Def a tad more pricy than other devices but that is Dyson in particular and wasn't a shock when making the decision to purchase.

You might think "wow, that's a lot of money to spend on a flat iron", and you're right. But what you're actually buying is time. My wife can shower in the morning and have time to do her hair before running out the door due to how quickly these products work.

If you have it plugged in while using it falls off numerous times. You can only straighten half your hair with a full charge.

The Dyson Corrale™ straightener is a cord-free straightener that provides the same thermal performance as corded products, but with cord-free versatility. It provides up to 30 minutes cord-free styling and is fully recharged in just 70 minutes. You can also extend your run time by attaching the magnetic 360ᵒ charging cable for use in hybrid charge mode should you need longer. Also, while in use to help prolong the battery life, we'd recommend placing the straightener back on the dock, between styling sections of your hair.
