I have thick wavy hair and it did the job for me. I love it. Would not change it for the world. I feel that this does not damage your hair like other hair straighteners do.

Would definitely recommend it. I have thick coarse hair and it makes it very smooth and shiny. I like that I can use a lower temperature too to get good results.

When she opened it, she was hesitant in wanting to keep it because it was a little pricey. After talking her into it and using it a few times, she absolutely loves it.

Can even do nice curls due to how the barrel is designed. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants straight hair without the heat damage. Love it!

Dyson is hands down the best at anything they make. The price tag is a little much but I have heard nothing but great things about this product and all it does.

I didn’t realize how much my other flat iron was damaging my hair until I used this. It looks a lot smoother after using this vs my other one that made it look crispy on the ends.

Dyson takes longer to reach 365 degree as compared to my GHD platinum. Dyson also leaves my hair very frizzy/fuzzy after straightening. When straightening my hair, Dyson has some resistance and makes a noise when gliding the straightener down. It’s not as smooth as my GHD platinum.

Your Dyson Corrale™ straightener will provide up to 30 minutes of cord-free styling. However this will vary depending on heat setting and how the product is used. Your Dyson Corrale fast charges during the first 40 minutes of being plugged in (up to ~95% of battery charge). For the remainder of the 30 minutes of charging the process slows to protect the battery from being over charged. We would recommend making sure you're parting your hair in 3 sections while styling, and ensuring your hair is fully dry before you use the Dyson Corrale™ straightener. Another tip we recommend is using some tension as the plates are flexible and applying tension will allow the hair to pass through with ease. We hope this helps.

While it may seem heavier when you first pick it up, keep in mind that the weight of the machine is due to the 4-cell lithium-ion battery technology, which gives you maximum styling time and the thermal performance of a corded straightener. The Dyson Corrale™ straightener is a cord-free straightener that provides the same thermal performance as corded products, but with cord-free versatility. It provides up to 30 minutes cord-free styling and is fully recharged in just 70 minutes. You can also extend your run time by attaching the magnetic 360ᵒ charging cable for use in hybrid charge mode should you need longer. Also, while in use to help prolong the battery life, we'd recommend placing the straightener back on the dock, between styling sections of your hair.
