Don’t waste your money

Doesn’t curl the hair well which I think is due to the thickness of the plastic part of the iron. Cool technology and love the grip the plates provide but overall I would recommend it.

The Dyson Corrale™ straightener is a cord-free straightener that provides the same thermal performance as corded products, but with cord-free versatility. It provides up to 30 minutes cord-free styling and is fully recharged in just 70 minutes. You can also extend your run time by attaching the magnetic 360ᵒ charging cable for use in hybrid charge mode should you need longer. Also, while in use to help prolong the battery life, we'd recommend placing the straightener back on the dock, between styling sections of your hair.

Worst straightener ever!

The Dyson Corrale provides up to 40 minutes of styling on the battery, depending on the heat setting used. To maximize the battery time, we recommend placing the machine on the charging cradle between hair sections. If you need even more time, you can use the machine in hybrid mode, meaning you can keep styling while it's charging!
The Corrale's flexible plates are designed to form around the hair. If any snagging occurs, we recommend sectioning the hair into smaller sections.

Hardly enough time to take advantage of it being wireless, which was the whole purpose of using this straightener. Quality, fit, and finish is excellent as is anything by Dyson. Just could not use it. Had to return it.

Probably wasn't a big deal, but wanted to be safe and return it. Unfortunately, this gift set was no longer available, so instead of getting another gift set for what I paid for it ($399), I had to order the plain straightener (without brush and comb) for $499.
