This straightener sets a new bar for cordless quality on the go. The straightener is well packaged, and comes with a weighted charging stand (no slipping or tipping at all), cord, and travel bag. The manufacturing of the device is in line with other Dyson products, it feels well made with high quality materials. The weighting is perfect to allow me to use different grips and angles as I do both my daughter's and my hair, and the temperature remains stable throughout. This straightener has three temperature settings, 330, 365 and 410. It heats up to max temperature within ~2 minutes, with no drop in temp as you use it. The plates are large enough to manage an inch of my daughters thick hair, without the hair sliding out, and easily slide through her hair without snagging. The straightener can run cordless for at least 40 minutes, long enough to do what is needed and was fully recharged (either with cord or on charging base) within an hour to use again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is if you do need to use it with the cord. I had no issues doing my own hair while plugged in, however when maneuvering around my daughter I found the magnetic power cord would disconnect from the charging port on the straightener and drop, meaning I'd have to stop and go plug it back in again. One unique feature of this straightener is that it has a disconnect to the lithium battery, allowing it to be air travel compliant. There is a small plug that can be pried out and set into a special cradle within the storage bag which provides visibility that the battery is disconnected. While I haven't had the opportunity to try this out, it is nice having this option for overnight business trips. Overall the results are great, my daughter's hair is silky straight and I have no concerns of burning her or having the wrong temperature while using. Easily the new daily go to in my routine!

Is to heavy for me I it is not very easy to handle due to the weight

Not worth it. I love all dyson products and have the airwrap and blowdryer so I thought I would love this. However, it pulled my hair and did not do as good as a job as my T3.

I had high hopes. I have the Dyson Air Wrap complete and it is AMAZING! This one, the Corrale is absolutely NOT worth the money. There is nothing special about this straightener. If you have one batch of money to spend and you are debating, get the Air Wrap, totally worth it and provides multiple options of styling, straight, wavy, curly, etc. :-)

Not worth the money. The charge doesn't last long enough.

This is a horrible straightener. It doesn't straighten the hair the way the other brands do. It took me three more times to strengthen my hair. I disliked it so much that I returned it immediately. I would not recommend this product at all.

Kinky curls to straight in minutes with no damage. That’s the Promise, but I was really doubting it. Upon unboxing, it’s obvious this is a quality pro grade tool. The finish is sleek, and you can see and feel the way the tool shapes to your hair. It’s cordless, and gets a full charge in a half hour. And it delivers on the promise! No burnt hair smell! With my old flatiron, the hair always feels brittle and there’s no mistaking the burn smell during the process—which takes at least a half hour and multiple passes on each section of hair. This tool straightens in one or two passes. Amazing. I don’t straighten my hair as much as I’d like because I fear the damage, but this iron alleviated my fear. I will definitely go sleek more often. It’s not a chore, and it doesn’t fry my hair. Totally worth the price.

NOT worth the money. The power cord is magnetic and easily falls off. My hair kept getting caught in the straightener. I really wanted to love this product because i have the blow dryer and I'm obsessed with it. sadly, ill be returning the straightener and will never trade my babybliss pro.

I was excited to try this straightener since I am already a huge fan of the hair dryer. So far, so good. I was able to straighten my hair with ease and true “one pass” which doesn’t happen normally. Hair was soft, silky, and had body with less heat than I usually use. I am an African American woman with natural hair so a good blowout and straightening with a flat iron is important to my styling. The Córrale was able to meet and exceed my expectations with straightening my hair. The battery life has been complained about but for me it’s not an issue. I use the stand and have the cord connected to it so when I’m using the straightener it’s cordless and I return it to the stand between sections which would be my normal use. I imagine the only time I would need it without access to the stand would be for quick touch ups where 30 minutes is more than enough time for me. My only con would be the cord magnetic connection. I don’t think I would use it connected to the straightener directly because it detaches too easily. To avoid that the stand would be my preference. It’s not a deal breaker but something that may bother others. Overall, it is a great option.

Drain the battery very quick like in 7 min at max temp.

Purchased on May 2021, for my wife, and it’s broken already. Loose part inside and will not clamp shut anymore. Have to deal with Dyson direct.

When you think of Dyson, you typically think vacuum. Their technology is innovative and they have a great reputation. The same stands for their new hair straightener. Unboxing- Dyson definitely utilized every inch of this compact box. The outer part of the box is a sleeve, and you slide the inner box out to get to the goods. The straightener itself is wrapped in a dark blue velvet feeling bag, which is also a heat pad to put the straightener down while in use. There is a small dongle type piece with an airplane picture on it that you plug in to use. You unplug it when flying to disable the battery. There is a charging cord, stylish stand and cleaning tool also inside the box Use- I gave the straightener a few hours charge before using, but it did have more than half battery life to it. The charger is magnetic, and the straightener itself is wireless which is awesome! It some weight to it, heavier than other straighteners I've used, but not overly heavy that I don't want to use it. There is a slide lock to keep the straightener in closed position, hiding the buttons. When open, it reveals the selection of buttons- power, plus and minus. To turn on, simply hold the power button down until the screen lights up. Then you choose your heat setting and wait until the power button stops pulsing and you're good to go. My hair is very fine and slightly frizzy and wavy, but I used it on the lowest setting. After a pass or two, my hair was straight. I Was able to do my whole head in about 5 minutes, and my hair is at about shoulder blade length. My hair never got caught or dragged within the plates. The plates have some flex to them which is much different than any other straightener I've ever used or even seen. After two uses, my battery is at about 80-90% full. Feel- The overall feel of this straightener is pleasing. It is sleek, and when seated in the stand, looks like a piece of art. It looks and feels to be made of luxurious materials. It's smooth, weighty, and glides with each pass. Even the charging cable is of quality build. I really like that it is cordless as well. Overall- I HIGHLY recommend this straightener. After using it, I now want to get the blow dryer and curling wand.

Quit working within 6 months. Now the fun and pain of getting through to their customers service, again! Second Dyson purchase that has fell flat so I think I am done with Dyson.

Dyson - Corrale is an excellent Hair Straightener. It came with excellent packing including a charging dock, Heat resistant pouch, and owner’s manual. Dyson Corrale has a lot of features to do enhanced styling and flexing plates produce shiny, straight results with less frizz. It is generating very little heat to avoid the breakage of hair and producing the same style. It will take close to 70 minutes to charge fully and it can be used with up to 30 minutes without cord. It can be placed in the charging dock during the hair straightening process to extend the run time. With a magnetic charging cable or dock, 90% of the battery charge can be done in less than 40 minutes. Intelligent heat control is an awesome feature that regulates the temperature of the plates 100 times a second, ensuring that it never exceeds the chosen temperature. The OLED screen will display the battery level, temperature control, and charging status. My daughter has thick curly hair and she needs to do frequent hair straightening. She was using standard models and did not get expected results. After started using Dyson Corrale, she was able to finish hair straightening less than 20 mins and it used to take more than 45 mins with the old straightener. Her hair feels very smooth and straight. She decided not to go to hair salons for hair straightening as the result is awesome and much better than hair salons stylist work. The flight-ready mode is a super cool feature and she is waiting to use it for our next trip in few months once the COVID 19 situation is back to normal. She is using this straightener every week and she loves the design, flexibility, and features. This is definitely a great product and highly recommend for anyone to get shiny, straight, and beautiful hair.

I returned the item. Unfortunately, didn’t work for my long hair. Didn’t really straighten my hair. Still searching for the perfect flat iron for my hair.

I am so disappointed with this product! My babybliss hair straightener which cost about $130 works way better than the dyson.

I found that it was too heavy for me. My right hand is weak due to a stroke so for that reason it’s not good for me.

Best flat iron! I noticed my hair is much softer and silky. Hope it last a long time for the price. Love it!

This is way over priced TOUR PAYONG FOR THE NAME.,also the cord keeps falling off. I got this for my wife because she wanted it.
